I just bought my first rolex and it had a minor issue that their customer service was really helpful in fixing. I sent it in for warranty with overnight and got it back with overnight shipping (NYC to SF). The support was just super helpful and my watch looks even better than when I got it.

My first purchase from Gemma By WP Diamonds! The Tiffany bracelet was lovely, so bright and shiny upon arrival. Delivery was quick and packaging was secure. Unfortunately my wrist was too big for the bangle and I had to return the item. I contacted Gemma and they sent me an insured tracking label. My refund was swift and accurate. A very easy, no hassle return. A wonderful company to do business with. I felt very secure shopping with Gemma and I will shop here again!

The necklace had so many knots. They just threw it in a plastic bag not even caring. Spent over an hour to take all the knots out. Not how I was expecting to receive jewelry after spending so much money.
