Still up on Google. Google Shopping is a scam provider. Never again! No way to report a scam site to google. They don't want to be involved, even though they are the ones providing the links. Site has been the recommended link by google for over a month since I got scammed.

So this is a real person my name is bryan Jaime so I ordered a fire stick from this website and I looked at the reviews because they didn鈥檛 send me any confirmation email so I checked and I was like yes I got ripped but then I got the package today (Friday July 3 2020) and that鈥檚 why I鈥檓 rating it 4 stars

Do not order anything from this site. Total scam I use PayPal so was able to get my money back. Buyer beware it's a fake site that will say pending on your order status for months. They have no contact information. Whole thing's fake. The name that the charge went under was from not in America.

I am writing this review on June 19, 2020. DELUXMART is a SCAM. DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IF YOU DO, they will have your credit card info, mailing address, email and phone number and with that they will create a paypal account and charges billed through the bogus paypal account to your credit card. They will charge your credit card through the fake paypal account they created and a person (in my case the person's name is Nguyen THI THU Shanaangel073gmail.com) will be the payee on numerous charges. I ordered an $18.00 replacement battery for a camera and two hours later there were over $800 of charges payable to a Nguyen THI THU through a bogus paypal account. I do not have a paypal account but somehow in less than an hour of me ordering a battery they created a paypal account with my info and billed my credit card over $800. I will report to the Better Business Bureau but PLEASE BEWARE OF DELUXMART. ZERO STARS. They are likely operating from a place outside the USA.

Ordered an item over a month ago and have not received it. Try sending two emails to inquire about package, emails came back as undeliverable. I wouldn't even give it one star. Wish I had read the reviews of this company before I ordered. They got my money.

I ordered a Step 2 Baker's Kitchen for my granddaughter on May 5, 2020. Her birthday party was May 17th. I have not yet received the product (Today-June 16, 2020). I actually just called them and left another message. My husband and I have sent more than enough emails and phone messages and no one from their company has reciprocated. I probably should give up. Shame on them for taking advantage of people who order online for their families, especially our little ones, personal items, household items… Furthermore, taking advantage of the people during our COVID19 pandemic.
This company actually deserves a 0!

I would like to give this company a 0 star review but alas can not. DO NOT ORDER FROM this company as it is a scam. I placed my order for #2 kitchenaid attachments that were "in stock" that I need for my B&B on May 23, 2020. It is now June 11th and I have sent an email to the seller with no reply and now I am hoping PayPal will come through with a refund. You cannot talk to anyone right now at PayPal due to COVID-19 business restrictions. Ah yes, PayPal is located in the liberal state of confusion called California.

Wish I would have read reviews first. This company is a SCAM. Ordered a toy for my sons birthday. It never arrived and I can't get a response from anyone in the company. Just glad that I used Paypal. Should've spent the extra money to get it from a reputable company.

Please do not order from this website it is fake. They are using my home address as the company. I have talked to the cops already.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING, THIS SITE IS FAKE!!!!!! I ordered on May 11th & never received the item which was a gift for a friend. After 2 emails & 5 phone calls which are only answered by Google I gave up & reported them. Luckily, I used PayPal and got my money back. Any review that says they received their item is flat out lying!!!

I ordered something from this site for my sister. The website said it was Processing for a straight month. I went to report this, because NATURALLY they took my money, long ago. Turns out my sister received the gift, but it was addressed to a Clearance G. Howard?? No clue who that is, definitely not my sister! I'm glad she got it, and it was what it was supposed to be, in good condition (as far as we know now)…. But this was far to sketchy. Also the phone number is clearly NONSENSE.

I dialed the customer service number and a black guy from Chicago answers. He said to tell you all to stop calling him. Here's what i think happened. The scam person that owns DM had his calls forwarded to that black guys number – on purpose or by accident. On May 3 i ordered a game and its been "processing" since then. This is a scam. Stay away.

Stay away from this website. I bought FRIENDS LEGO SET on May 3rd 2020 and never heard anything. I got an Email a week later saying they received it and processing it. I got in contact with a "costumer service" person over the phone and she was asking what bank I went to and my personal bank information. Complete scam. If you have ordered from this website, block debit cards.

I鈥檝e been emailing and getting no response. Then all of a sudden today the emails bounce back undeliverable. The phone is google voice. Which means they could be anywhere. The area code 423 is tennessee. I ordered A game and it was for friends from out of the country while they were here. Now they have gone home. I don鈥檛 need the game any longer. I鈥檒l have to get my credit card company involved.

Not a real company. Very odd that someone rated it excellent on a fake company. Ordered a coffee pot in March 2020 and paid through PayPal. Nothing. No Order status. No real support number or email response. FAKE!! Now I see their web site has very expensive items to scam others. PayPal resolved – great company. Not sure how this still shows up on Google shopping search? Stay away!!!

Buyer Beware: This Deluxe-mart is not a real site. I try placing an order and it was rejected. Do not use this site nor place any personal information in it. I on the other hand read the reviews a little too late. Now I have to cancel all cards used.
