Terrible service.
Their response is generated by an automated response system. I鈥檝e been down for over 4 months sending messages to all their different dept. pages without any response. There is not a human being that can respond.
I think this is a paper company that does not really exists.

I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from these people. Their service only works for 1 month and down for 11 months but expect you to pay yearly. None of the support tickets will be addressed and my refund is pending since 6 months. I really hope they get jailed.

They have a problem with their HP Blade servers and my server is down now for 3 months.
I know bad things can happen, but the worst thing is that I have an open ticket without any response from them for 3 months !
Two weeks ago I contacted the order management for a refund but again no response till now.

Bought a pre-paid dedicated. It sucked from day 1. Support tickets would never even attempt to resolve the issues. Then suffered a 13 hour outage with no communication to outage tickets. A week later, server went down again never to return. Opened ticket, got one snarky reply and then nothing as I sent a morning and evening update request.
Had to dispute with credit card company, as soon as delimiter got the notice of dispute, they disabled my account blocking me out of the helpdesk system and any information at all. I'm sure this is an attempt to hide information that might be used in the dispute, but I took screenshots of everything.

After the block I asked delimiter to return me my money back, because the service was not provided. They said that their accountancy processed the refund. After that, they stopped responding to the email and blocked an online chat with the support service on their website for our IP address. It's been 8 months already, but the money has not been returned! THEIR SERVICES ARE NOT SAFE.
They are LIARS. NEVER BELIEVE THEM.

Delimiter are extremely rude to customers, their attitude absolutely stinks. They blame customers for their own issues and are in complete denial. There is a support guy called Paul who think's he is some kind of God – closes support tickets and is extremely patronising and rude.
I wish I had never used this company from the start – they are just horrible
