I missed the free shipping with notification 3 days after order !
3 weeks for shipment was quite long for goods normally available .

It鈥?very simple. You choose the object, pay, and you call the owner. And you have done!

The overall experience was very good. Your service very good and prompt.

The only topic I would recommend to improve would be to take more detailed pictures of the item.

When we opened it, overall piece of furniture was good. However there were smaller items of use – which are not terrible – but I would have preferred if the seller would have transparently showed them with photos rather than leaving at as a surprise.

Perhaps as Deesup you should oblige sellers to me more precise and tell them that they will be rated for this

Very poor service / clueless really and overpriced. A promised 20鈧?discount never materialised and that just about sums it up.For two weeks I had no real idea where my purchase was and neither did they!
Disappointing and would not use again

I received my product with a missing piece. And Martina did her best to help me. It took 2 months to see what the seller could do and receive the new product, which is perfect. And I'm really satisfied.

Have been very sadisfide with offer and service. Why not 5 stars?
The sofa arrived in a small truck, packed with all kinds of stuff, package was cutted and wraped. Next time i would prefer to pay 100 Euro on top for serious shipping.
Luckily after inspection I can say, Sofa is in good condition and obviously took no harm from that.
