They paid me 鈧?10 and didn't want to return

I registered 2 domain names and a hosting with dedigo.fr, for a couple of months the service went smoothly until they got hacked (as they claimed) all my website data got lost. Well, I let that one go and now I need access to the domain names so I can point it to a new host or transfer the domain, now they're telling me that they don't see my domain in their database and there's nothing they can do. PS: Those websites are for my clients. My question is, what kinda messed up company is this?

server is down 8h not work in website.
Technical support is not fully responding and we don't know how to contact them.

If you have problema deleting tickets, for my deleteed 2 tickets and deleted some replyes from other tickets.

Service is ok, but support is execrable ! +3 days for answer on tickets, live chat is online but no anyone respond ! Don't Buy !

Bad hosting with bad website and bad dead support. What can be worser? I am waiting for my server more than 12 hours and they still can't set up our server. Why? "They were setting up a newnode"… But they said that it for 2-3hours… THERE'S MIRE THAN 12H AND IT'S STILL NOT READY

Support: Can't help me with my order for more than 10 hours
Also sometimes support is dumb and can't help me with my servers
Performance: 4/10 Empty Garry's Mod server lags with tickrate of 4-7 on VPS Game 02
Quality/Price ratio: cheap but efficient for big projects (DON'T USE IT THERE)
Internet speed: 20-70Mbps
Also High Ping from Russia and Ukraine
