The team over at DedicatedMC provides a one of a kind service that is very rare to see in this industry. I was a little worried when choosing to use the service they provide over a larger company like ShockByte or Apex. Massive companies like the ones above have thousands of dollars that are spent on expensive equipment, or so I thought. I cancelled my plan with Shockbyte due to the awful lag the server gave and the awful support I received and went to DedicatedMC. As I looked through the plans, I could not understand why they were so cheap. I went from paying $85 with ShockBtye to paying $66 with DedicatedMC. I still don't understand how they are able to price them so cheap because of how much better the server performed. My server is now lag free now and it feels so great! I mean, I could talk for hours about how good the performance that they provide is but I want to talk about something else they provide to customers that made them one of my favorite companies. The support that they provide is insane. They will reply to me within seconds of creating tickets and every ticket they are able resolve leaving me with a smile on my face. I am super impressed with each and every staff that works at DedicatedMC and am proud to be apart of the DedicatedMC family!

Having previously used a cheaper host, and very quickly becoming fed up with the constant technical problems and very slow support, I moved over to DedicatedMC. It was the best decision I've made in a very long time.

The service and support that these folks offer is outstanding. I would go as far as saying they provide better customer support than any company I have ever dealt with in my life. Honestly, these guys know what they're doing!

Servers are lightning fast, and the dashboard/control panel is beautiful and responsive. Plenty of cool perks like reverse proxies, lots of extra ports and multiple databases. Oh, and if I haven't already said, customer service is outstanding!

For anyone who is considering setting up a Minecraft server, even if it's just for a little fun tinkering around, definitely get yourself set up with DedicatedMC.

Initially found out about DedicatedMC while browsing reddit, thought I would give them a shot as me and friends hadn't had good experiences with a few providers before but since getting server not only was it affordable but ran fantastically. When I decided to upgrade to 8GB the support was quick in response and was no hassle at all to upgrade. Very happy with service, this company could lead standards for MC servers easily.

I am very happy with the service. Not only is dedicatedMC one of the cheapest options, I have had no problems with my server at all, which I was worried that the servers would be bad because of cheap prices. So do not worry, dedicatedMC is one of the first minecraft server service to have good prices and great service!

Can't complain, the UI is very good and they have dedicated guides for a lot of server related stuff.

I can't recommend DedicatedMC enough! The prices are super reasonable, performance is great, and every time I've needed to reach out to support they respond quickly and get me sorted out.

Been using them for a month now, running a 1.16 server with about 20-30 people. Other hosts struggled with performance, even on plans costing three times as much. Performance with these guys is way better, and their support is superb! Prompt responses and solutions.

We had a little problem with our server (owner deleted all the files). The support staff got us back up and running in no time. They explained what they were doing and even incorporated some settings for future protection.

TLDR; Support staff were fast, professional and above all else, friendly.

Cheap prices, fast and good servers!

So I am new to setting up servers, and wanted to run a modpack on a server, and when I contacted support to get some help in setting it up, they not only helped me, but my support agent Josh was able to actually get the server completely installed for me! Best customer support out there!

Switched to these guys from MCProHosting, so far their servers have been running a lot better, but the real kicker for me was their control panel's user friendliness and the amazing support they have offered. After some chatting with MstrTaffy, one of their staff, my friends and I were able to secure a really convenient and exclusive deal with their servers that helped us save money while also upgrading the server performance from previous host. Great bang for buck, their servicing is friendly and simply excellent.

I had a support issue as I wanted my server region changing. I was contacted by 2 Directors and had it changed within a matter of minutes. 10/10 company, I really suggest you use these guys.
