Imusician

Don't waste your time. They don't speak English fluently, they're from Switzerland. It says it on the website. I tried to delete an album, they said they would, but 5 months later it's still there. It's impossible to talk to a person there. USE SYMPHONIC DISTRIBUTION or DISTROKID instead.

I come to share my catastrophic experience at imusician. My titles appear under the name of a namesake artist. 1 month after payment, the problem is still not solved. Worse, the "customer service" (you cannot imagine worse …) confirms me that especially on Tidal, they can not do anything… Your titles go where the spell will take them. On Spotify, Qobuz … the question is not settled for the moment.
Finally, check the quality of encoding (which is not obvious if you do not have the right software), they had released my titles in 256kbs / s while the basic quality of the platform is 320 kbs / s … Anyway, flee at all costs imusician !!

I purchased a Winchester WPS1200 from iMusician (part of the Dawsons group…piano arrived in a Dawsons van) website. Although the price was very competetive I had a very poor customer experience. After assemebling the piano I noticed that there were white translucent marks all over the surface of the rosewood cabinet which could not be removed. I contacted iMusician (and emailed photos of the defects) and they assured me that this was a one-off and that the rest of their stock was fine and arranged to send a replacement. I therefore had to dismantle the piano and make arrangements to be at home during the day for a second time so that the piano could be replaced.

As soon as the delivery men had left I opened the second piano and could straight away that it had the same marks on it as the first piano. I immediately telephoned iMusician and was told that they were busy and would call me back. About 3 hours later they finally called me back and agreed to replace the Winchester with a Yamaha digital piano (over 拢200 more expensive than the Winchester) at a 拢25 discount. However they then called me back shortly after to say that they would not be able to give me any discount on the Yamaha afterall. I was extremely disappointed with this and therefore asked for a refund and had to make arrangements to be at home for a third time so that the second faulty piano could be collected.

I cannot believe that iMusician were prepared to upset a customer who had been seriously inconvenienced for the sake of a 拢25 discount on a purchase of over 拢1200. I could not recommend iMusician as their approach to customer service when something goes wrong was disgracefull.
