Will never order from H&M again. Have been waiting over a month and still no delivery. I ordered in mid November, it鈥檚 now mid December. It鈥檚 been sitting with the useless shipping partner Pitney Bowes for over 2 weeks since I got my tracking number. You also get charged as soon as you get the tracking number. I don鈥檛 know if this is even coming so I feel completely ripped off. I ordered from 5 other retailers during this time and they all came fast so it makes no sense that H&M is having these problems. It can鈥檛 be this difficult to ship the package once you get tracking, THIS IS YOUR JOB PITNEY BOWES YOU ARE A 鈥淪HIPPING COMPANY.鈥?Customer service is useless. Shipping partner Pitney Bowes is complete trash and should be shut down. This is what happens when you try to be cheap and save money by using a trash shipping company-all your customers get screwed over. Get it together you should all be ASHAMED!

I would give them -stars if possible. I have major lung issues and medically cannot wear a mask, it has nothing to do with politics, I will die if my breathing is compromised. I had $450 in merchandise and was with 5 others who also has a good bit of items, and was asked to leave the store because I didn't have a mask and after explaining my situation, they said shop online. So F you h&m.

Be prepared to wait. Just like other reviews, it has been nearly a month since I placed the order. They said it has shipped, but just the UPS label was made, nothing has shipped. DO NOT order if you want anything before Christmas. With everyone on-line shopping, you would think they could get this together to remain competitive. Will never order from them again.

AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR ONLINE ORDERS. Takes 3 weeks to get your order just to find out the warehouse made a mistake on a few items and the only way to solve is according to customer service is to ship it back and wait for a refund to come in.

Save yourself some time and energy and go to Zara or Gap.

I wish H&M had more options of how to return items like looking up payment options or getting an online receipt cause I don鈥檛 think they do that instead of just using the Receipt or tags because I wasn鈥檛 even asked at the check out for my email to get an online Receipt. They need to understand that receipts do get lost or we take off the tags thinking we would keep the item

I generally like shopping at H&M but this last online experience has been horrible. I placed an order online on October 4. It is now October 31st and I still haven't received it. I called customer service on October 25th to see what was going on and they said oh the item would be there in a few days. I just checked the tracking today and it said shipping delayed because the package was left off the delivery track. It should never take over a month to receive a package of clothes. This is utterly ridiculous. I've order from other retail stores and all other stores are able to deliver their packages within a week. H&M really needs to get their stuff together.

Get it together H&M. The app is so unhelpful and the shipping takes a month. When I try to view my order on the app it doesn鈥檛 show up. So I try to look up my order on the website but there is no place to do that. I will never order from H&M again.

Same thing from Canada stores.
It takes forever, like 14 days only to PREPARE your order. What a joke !!
You can have your order in one day with Zara LOL

The order that I placed three weeks ago has not even shipped. I called to cancel and I was told I could not cancel. Is that even legal ? H and M is like the opposite of Nordstrom in terms of customer service- maybe that is why they are struggling and Nordstrom is not. Now I have to wait for it to show up – send it back for a refund and wait for the refund to go back into my acct. Never again.

Apparently my order has been sitting in a warehouse for 15 days. Nothing has happened since placing this order. Appalling customer service. To make matters even worse, if you try emailing customer service, it shows up as a file error. What a joke. Do not order from H&M.

I'll never buy from H&M again. The shipping is horrible, from the time you order to the time you receive the items it takes about 3 weeks. I ordered shoes from a different company and received 3 days later. Any other company I order from has arrived on a timely manner. But with this company you will wait a very long time for your purchase

H&M Romania online store won't release invoices. This is illegal. They prefer you to return the products instead of releasing a company invoice. This looks very shady …I smell a money laundering operation here…. Shame on you H&M!!!

H&M India is worst. There support never replies on time.
I gave items for a return and some moron took those items. its been 20 days I haven't received any Return order tracking neither has anyone sent me an email for a confirmation.
Also, I don't have any idea if my return status.

If you chat on their website,the say that they are busy no official can be assigned. If you call them, no official is assigned. You are just put on hold and no one picks up the call. They suck.

I have no problem with H&M not about the quality or delivery but about the discount codes and staff behavior. once i had discounted code of 150鈧?on my account but it was withdrawn again because they said we mistakenly added this to your account but hope they try to solve their technical problems Or in France the girl who worked as a cashier didn't use the discount code for me because I'm not French while I live in France and i use French account. I little became disappoint by their behavior to their customers but still i love products of H&M.

Love H&M! Their customer service in store is very good and I love how they have a mission of making eco conscious products throughout their entire range soon! Great quality products made from fabrics such as cotton which is soft on the skin 馃槉

Some how my parcel was returned to H&M without my permission. And I never even received it. On the emails and tracking it states that I have returned the item to the seller. Very disappointing and the customer service is horrible

I usually don't write reviews but im doing this to help people out. I like H&M but if you're considering ordering from H&M online, DO NOT DO IT! I placed an order on May 16th, today is June 17th and still haven't received anything. I recieved an email saying my order was shipped back on May, 28th. I've been tracking my order and its been sitting in a warehouse with no updates since June 2nd. It's not worth it order somewhere else.

Don't order at H&M !!! Worst service ever!! Order k. May 24th and still got nothing all from them… They even send me a 15% credits email… A real joke.. like I will want to order the again??? Don't try to call them as on the phone they are useless!! Honestly I hope they go bankruptcy!! There is other enterprises that will take their place on the market!!! They even try to blame Canada Post when I did receive in less then 5 days orders from others enterprises!!! What a shame!!

I ordered May 11. It is May 31st. I have not received any updates on my package and where it is. It was supposed to be delivered May 24. They clearly use the virus as an excuse since my package didn't leave the warehouse until May 22nd. I have ordered from other clothing companies during this time and had no problem or delay whatsoever. Don鈥檛 buy from H&M online, they have such a bad customer service. If my package doesn鈥檛 arrive this week, I without a doubt will tell them to refund me (if they will ever answer my emails)

They charged me 14 days later for a order that I put in 2 weeks ago now my account is overdrawn and i have to pay the bank double because they want take the money late at random with out notice and my stuff is still not here H&M NEVER AGAIN.

Worst company EVER!!!!!!! Honestly, my opinion towards H&M as completely changed since I start using their online services. This is the WORST company I have ever seen in my entire life. There is NO order that I received that didn't have mistake! If it's not the correct color, it's not the correct sizing, or worst, its not the same item I ordered!!!! Today, I ordered a pair of shoes – shoes were beige/white and I ordered size 7. What did I received? The same pair of shoes in a FLASH colors (red, orange, green, white), and in which size? In size 9.5!!!!!! I don't know who are those people working in their DC but they are the most incompetent people I have seen in my whole entire life. I can't believe this company is worldwide. It looks like a new company who doesn't know how to manage operations! Seriously. And this is not without saying that this item was the ONLY item on my order. ONE ITEM. And it took 3 WEEKS to receive it! I was so excited to get it. H&M is over for me. I was a great customer, almost reached the VIP status. But I will close my account and they will never hear about me. You are not gonna take my money anymore 😉

Horrible first experience ordering on line from H&M will never again. The return policy was not clear at the time of purchase, the product did not appear the same as on line and sizing was off. They would not take in store returns and the 30 day policy is unrealistic if you are buying in advance for Christmas. Every other on line store was amazing aside from this one.
