Purchasing from H&M has been an absolute delight. Even during the pandemic, my hoodies and crop tops were at my doorstep, with perfect size, condition and packaging. Love the brand.

I love what they have, but why do women enjoy all those luxurious silks while men have like mere 10% silk blends? Men love silks too, as undershirts of course. Also, H&M seems to hate V-necks. I would like it if they had it in their linen tees.
Then there's the premium line, not a big fan of their spandex blending and polyester lining. Something about synthetics reducing the premium feel of the garment. Not to mention making a quality item uncomfortable to wear as it's unbreathable. Poly lining on a linen jacket, really? It's premium, use viscose or a viscose cotton blend.

Great service at the the Teesside Park store this afternoon. Got 2 polo shirts and a shirt for my son. All great fit and really soft fabrics. Very surprised by the quality for the price I paid. Staff member who served me was very helpful and friendly

absolute trash clothing, bought 3 t-shirts and i have little black threads all over my bed and everywhere else in my room, its all over my body even after 2 washes in washing machine not to mention that i have a full nose of black threads. how can u sell this? this is literally health hazard breathing this must be cancerous as phucc. HM NEVER AGAIN

Called customer services twice today to see if they had the hulk smash gloves in stock. The first guy to spoke to cut me off when he put me on hold. The lady I spoke to after mentioning I was cut off she put me on hold again to speak to the Solihull branch it was taking so long to get a response I hung up. Really annoying I don't understand why it took so long to get a reply to a simple question.

My favourite shop , love the clothes I buy, and the online side is very good, very quick, got seven pairs of jeans from them, good quality for the price, and the staff at my Oxford store (clarenden) were very polite and helpful. I will buy from them again, the two ladies working in the kids dept were very helpful
