Gundry MD

My doctor recommended that I try Dr Gundry's meal replacement shakes since I was having problems losing weight after 50. As of now I've tried the chocolate and vanilla and both are delicious, especially when I mix in some frozen fruit. I've lost 8# and find the shakes to be filling and satisfying. Better than anything that Herbalife or SlimFast could ever make!

The BIO Complete 3 from Dr. Steven Gundry is good, but I still have to not eat all bad either. It doesn't make me hungry and I now have a smaller appetite when I take it on time on a daily schedule. I see results now after taking it and working out especially doing sit ups and exercise.

I still weigh around the same, but the stomach area shrink up, but like I said. It can fluctuate too and I can get back to the old look too depending on what I eat. Just like that line, "It takes two to make a thing go right"!

Was not sure of product and it claims before ordering but after 2 months I can say my wife and I notice a difference in our bowel movements and generally feel better. I was hoping to lose weight but I have been eating terrible and just glad I haven't gained weight. Newsletter with product is also very good and informative. I will continue to take product and try to do the right thing by eating right. So far no complaints all. Good.

Have been using for two weeks and find it has made a difference in my digestion and regularity. I can not at this time notice other overall health and well being attributes described in promotional piece but am continuing the process hoping for future long term benefits. I have increased exercise as recommended and have managed to lose 2 pounds. I look forward to reporting in two or three months to update my progress.

I started taking Bio Complete 3 daily about 2 weeks ago and have noticed that I have more energy and better stools already. I eat well and exercise regularly and the improvements I have noticed are remarkable. Before taking Bio Complete 3, I was consistently lethargic and was not regular. This is the only change I have made to my normal routines so I am giving credit where it is due. I will keep taking daily and monitor progress and hope the improvements continue.

I've been taking Bio Complete 3 for almost a month now and I've been feeling fantastic. I've been pooping more often, do not crave junk food and I sleep better. I follow Dr. Gundry's advice on his Plant Paradox diet and I have lost 9 pounds of fat. I've never participated in a more successful diet than Dr. Gundry's diet. Due to a stubborn skin infection I was prescribed four rounds of antibiotics. Midway through the treatment I received an email from Dr Gundry about his pre/pro-biotic formula. It sounded amazing, so I ordered a three month supply. I'm almost finished with the first bottle, and it seems to have helped my digestive system recover from the antibiotic onslaught. However, I was extremely hopeful that I would experience the energy and vitality boost that was indicated as well. Unfortunately, I haven't felt any change in that area yet, but I will complete the three month trial before passing final judgment.

In each 2 large meal I take 2 caps of Lectin Shield. I feel light and comfortably having twice BM daily – one in the morning and one before bedtime. I have little craving for processed carbs like cookies, muffins, breads. Pizza, etc. I don't gain nor lose weight, yet I have more energy at work and more energy to walk exercise up to 3 miles 4 x weekly.

I ordered the Chocolate shake to help me lose some weight and was so impressed with how delicious it is. I'm so happy to wake up every morning to my healthy chocolate breakfast. I have lost 15 pounds and I'm telling everybody about this shake.
I did order the vanilla flavor in my second order, and I don't like the taste as much as the chocolate, although it is much better than any other brand I've tried. The shakes truly fill me up and I do not feel deprived at all.

Both deliver the benefits they promise and I can say that I feel a lot healthier, more energetic, more focused and maintain a stronger immune system considering what we're all currently exposed to right now. Before I started using Bio Complete 3 I had this pain in the left side of my stomach. I have diverticulitis and try to eat the right foods, but sometimes it's hard. Once I started using this product after a week I noticed the pain was gone. I also noticed that I didn't have cravings as much for sweets. I think this is an excellent product and it seems to be working. I've already told a my friends about it.

I decided to give Bio Complete 3 a try. After just a few days, my digestive issues and emergency visits to the loo have been eliminated. My adventures outdoors and even my walks around the neighborhood are less stressful now that I don't feel like any minute I'll have to rush home and hope I make it to the bathroom in time. I have experimented by leaving it off for a week to see what would happen and my tummy complained! Somehow when I restarted it, everything settled back down to the mist comfortable level in my life. I did not discover Lectin Shield until several months after I had to have emergency surgery for a ruptured small bowel rupture with abscess. I NEVER want to go there again. Thank you, Dr Gundry for your persistence in finding and producing Lectin Shield.

I have been taking BioComplete 3 for almost a month now and I switched from Plexus ProBio with ease. No GI upset – only improvement in my bowel movements. I've always had loose stools but with this, my stools have become more banana-like with less variation in consistency! Even while I'm pregnant! Very pleased and am willing to pay the extra money for a product that keeps me healthy!

Bought mainly for my girlfriend who has Lupus and has been battling an issue with not being able to poo. She was hospitalized not too long ago due to a severe impaction. She was prescribed a very expensive drug to help her fight this problem. Well, the prescription was no longer an option and I had to do something. We received our bottles about 2 weeks ago. Been taking for about 3 months 2 – 2x day. Nothing dramatic has changed but overall in general feeling a bit "better". Less cravings, eat less at meal times, not sure if I've actually lost any weight yet, but definitely stopped gaining, more regular / normal bowel movements, improved overall mood.
Although would like to feel a bit more energetic, so hopefully if I keep taking it I will see that as well! 🙂

I have never been one to enjoy breakfast other than my morning coffee. Now, with my morning proplant complete shake I've discovered a way to energize without all those processed breakfast foods. I add coconut water as suggested for a delicious meal. There is no need for any other additional ingredients. Vanilla is my favorite but the chocolate is a great way to change it up on occasion.

At 71 I'm in a fairly good position with my health (knock on wood). Never had any prescription drugs although I have tried many of your Supplements. I find it exciting when you come out with these newer supplements especially with regards to our guts. This seems to be the way to go with our health issues. I'm half way through my first month of taking Bio Complete 3 and although I didn't have any real issues I do feel confident with this product. My "gut" seems to feel better. I do notice if I breakdown and have regular bread or tomatoes (some of my favorite foods) I will go backwards in my progress. I am working on maybe one "cheat" day a week or more until I break away from those favorites. I am trying to get used to sourdough breads and going for different fruits and veggies. I will keep reading the emails and websites to research on fixing myself along with Biocomplete 3. Thanks.
