Took advantage of their 拢10 bet offer.

Met the qualifying requirements with no problem.

Get told as soon as my bet was made that my free bet was cancelled. (not very good practice.)

The staff member in the chat was reasonably rude. More not helpful than rude but it counts as the same thing when you've been ripped off.

Wouldn't give a reason for the cancellation whatsoever.

Read here that you need notarized documents to withdraw. If this is the case this website is a complete scam but I will edit with an update here.

Awful company, not interested in customers or fairness. Don't risk your money with them as they won't let you have it back without completely unreasonable request for notarised documents that cost up to 拢100

Deposited money, my bet won and now they won't let me withdraw my 拢20 winnings without notarised documents from a solicitor which costs around 拢60…. which is completely unacceptable!

Unethical, false advertisement and dont let you withdraw. You need a signature of Prime Minister to withdraw here.

Really annoyed with this company. I opened a new account with them, placed a 拢10 bet and qualified for their bet 拢10 and get a free 拢10 bet offer. They then refused to give me the free bet saying "It is at the discretion of the casino when and to whom bonuses are added. It is the management鈥檚 decision to use this discretion and not allow any type of bonus on this account."
I asked them to explain why they were refusing to give me the free bet and they just repeated the same statement. What a joke!

Signed up to the UK version of this website and since I like a sports bet I have a punt on Iceland to win. This lost sadly however I noticed that they had a welcome offer, bet 拢10 get 拢10 free bet – perfect, I could have another punt. So I contacted live chat only to be told:

"Unfortunetaly the Freebet has not been credited to your account. As managment have decided that bonuses cannot be added to your account"

This is completely out of order, the live chat person was completely unhelpful and refused to provide any other reason. I felt like a criminal yet all I'd done is make an account and chuck a tenner bet on!
