As the Scribe of the Addicts Golfing Society of Southern India.. by a process on unbiased tender.. Golftripz was selected to undertake our international meet to Myanmar feb 24 to 28..2020. Just as the bookings were being done the Coronavirus issue surfaced to upset the plans. My family and I have used Golftripz on several occasions. They are very prompt and professional in their service. They are also able to get very competitive rates, below what properties and booking websites quote.

I would also like to highly recommend Golftripz for doing more than what is expected of booking agents. They were able to convince a property to give us a refund, even though they were initially refusing to do so on various grounds.

Overall great trip and you guys organised it well
Except Red Mountain course LochPalm and Laguna were average or below. So , you May suitably take nite while recommending. We never met or got to see your local coordinator Toi and she was only available on phone. Though her absence was not great but it helps to meet the local guide to give feed back

The trip was very well managed right from the word go. The golf course selection was awesome.
Hotels could have been a little better but overall experience was lovely.

Our trip was well organised and seem less – we didn鈥檛 have to bother about anything- the local support was excellent . Our local Guide Taga and Driver Mustafa did a commendable job or looking after us.

Unnati communicated well. I would prefer knowing the driver details ahead of the time and in Jakarta, we did not get the details and could not inform the driver that there was a luggage delay for 2 hours.
The hotels quoted were 5star and I assumed they were all 5 star until I googled the hotel in Bali which was actually 4star. This was rectified before we departed.
Other than that, her service was good.

Golftripz organised our recent golf trip to Pattaya. It was fabulous. Everything went smoothly as planned. A special mention to our driver, Mr Montri. He was very experienced and helpful and went out of his way to make our trip very enjoyment. As an example, he volunteered to register us at each golf courses so we can go prepare ourselves in the changing room. Top notch service and speak very good English. Highly recommend.

Golftripz planned our golf vacation to Hanoi flawlessly. The courses selected, the hotel chosen and the local guide and driver were all excellent. The tour went off without a glitch from pick up at the airport to seeing us off at the departure concourse. We are looking forward to our next trip with Golftripz!

Well organized trip in particular ground arrangements.

We enjoyed our trip to Vietnam where we played some very good golf courses and we were lucky with the weather. There were some elements of the trip which were well organised and successful but other aspects which really did not work well.

The local agents in Vietnam were generally very good, punctual, efficient, friendly and helpful; the minibus transport was good and the drivers safe.

We mostly picked our own hotels and golf courses. We needed clearer advice on tipping golf caddies – specifically that this must be in local currency not USD.
Golftripz helped with selecting a hotel in Hanoi which was excellent but the hotel on the South Coast at Ho Coc beach turned out to have 800 visitors for a corporate Family Day which was a disaster.

Internal flights: We had asked Golftripz to organise a tour of Vietnam for us, but a couple of weeks before departure it became apparent that they do not consider internal flights to be part of that job; after some discussion they did indeed include the flights for us which was good of them, but the routings and total transfer time between destinations was long and tedious.

In conclusion, Golftripz were fine as a booking agent but not good at taking overall management of a proposed trip and making sure the different elements joined up well.

It was very well organised tour, ours was a huge group with 3 generations. Sandeep was there very supportive even when the schedule was changed. He organised every single day very effectively. I thank the whole team for organising such a good trip
