Great service, shipped well before date stated and a great product !

I ordered a Skycaddie for 2 day delivery. It was supposed to have arrived yesterday but didn't show up. I called customer service today and was told that it didn't make it to the post office. No apologies, no resolution and a rep who hung up on me without a good solution. Unacceptable and I will never be using, nor recommend, this company again.

ordered product on line – order was duplicated and returned one item as directed – after three weeks, still waiting for news of the refund of over $100. never work with them again – no satisfaction..After 3 weeks recieved 1/2 price refund on a product never opened. Order at your peril.

I used my Golf Buddy Voice 2 last week and after reading the instruction guide I was wondering if I made the right choice of products. When I got to the course and started playing the ladies voice gave me the right distances I needed for all eighteen holes. This is certainly going to be my golf buddy!

Website says " if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item for a full refund ". I tried to return an item, and was told since I took it out of the box to look at it, I could only get a credit ( minus $30 ) – no refund! That is BS!

Had online payment problems on your end. Was forced to order over the phone. Order taker was pleasent and I received product on time. Product helped me grove my swing in only 10 swings. Instant feedback was incredible allowing instant corrections. Showed I was to upright allowing me to flatin my swing on plane in only 10 swings which translated into solid strikes and one club longer now. Nice!

I ordered the new VS-4 Golf Buddy and it was shipped to me very fast. I previously owned the Golf Buddy Voice and this one is very much similar. However, the new VS-4 shows the Front, Back and center, is water proof and is shock resistant. I really like this GPS.

GolfBuddy Voice GPS was everything as advertised, and I received it only 2 days after ordering(very impressive). The only problem was when I hit the ball in another fairway, but enough about my problems. I would recommend product to others.
