I ordered a fairway wood on GSE website the 2014/11/03. Due to their unacceptable delay, i have cancelled this order at 2014/12/11 and have asked them to be refunded.
2015/01/08, GSE finally answered the refund will be processed after i transmitted all my credit card digit, what i have done.
Since their last email, today the 2015/01/30, i'm still not paid back. i have two fraud procedures in progress. it's better to stay away of this business i f you want to save time and money.

I googled the item I wanted and GolfStoreEurope was in the list of relevant websites. The item I wanted was at a good price and the seller had a good reputation. I hadn't dealt with them before so didn't know what to expect. I needn't have worried. The goods were received very quickly and at good prices. I would recommend including this company in any research for golfing goods.

Products were well priced and Black Friday discount was a bonus but the bonus only related to the items and not the whole purchase including freight. Fair enough really.

Ordered a left-handed putter which was showing as being in stock, tracking said it was "being processed by our warehouse staff". After a week of this I asked how long it takes to put a putter in a box, eventually get a reply saying it's not in stock – though website still says it is. After another couple of weeks of waiting with no news I changed for another model, providing it really was in stock. This one was despatched a couple of days later and eventually arrived after 6 days (48Hr service) with Parcel Force sending it on a tour of the UK. Was not impressed that they show items as being in stock when they're not and responses were generally too slow.

Website easy to use, no problem ordering. Delivery very good but it would be useful to receive an email confirming order once it has been placed rather than when order has been processed. Was unsure about buying from GolfStoreEurope after reading some negative reviews but will definitely order from them again. Also responded promptly to the email I sent.

i ordered 3 items. all of the items were listed on the website as being instock. After hearing no information about my order for over a week and a half i contacted you only to find out that one of the items was not in stock and was being ordered. This is the second time this has happened. once my order was sent i checked the order details and found that one of the items had been cancelled without informing me. so i am not happy with your service i understand stock levels can be hard to keep a track of but to not inform me of what is happening and then to cancel an item without notice is not very professional. the cancelled item has also happened before. Should i confirm stock levels before ordering. I was also not happy that even though you e mailed me 3 times to see if i would complete my order which was sitting in my basket for a few days. even though you mailed me about this the item still had to be ordered. Surely that is bad etiquitte.

An excellent service from ordering to delivery. The product was great quality, better that I had expected. Will certainly shop with Golf Store Europe again. Can't comment on the after sales service if you have a problem, but if the after sales is as good as the ordering and quality of goods the I suspect that the company would be very much into great customer service.

I ordered a putter as was a bit cheaper that other websites, it has arrived and the cover definitely looks used and the putter looks like it has been cleaned. Probably a demo model , cant be bothered for the hassle of sending back, is ok but the 拢30 difference in price explains what i got.
The service etc to get it here was great from ordering to delivery but not to get it brand new a concern.

They have a great offer of products and in general the best prices. They are cusotmer oriented but seem to be overwhelmed with the order intake and therefore had problems with the delivery of my first order. Highly recommended before you buy any golf product.

I ordered a golf trolley august 4th and received a confirmation e-mail, still no shipping information and I don't get any reaction on my (3) e-mail messages to them. I want to know when my item will be shipped! Very unhappy now, ordered before and that was perfect.
Update: received an e-mail saying there was a stock issue and they expect to ship in an other 3-5 working days. So 7 days after ordering, I get a reaction with an estimated shipping date…
8 days later, no reaction….
After 3 weeks I got my money back, they cannot deliver, although item is 'in stock' and they can offer a good alternative.

Ordered a cleveland golf bag on tuesday and was delivered by thursday.. excellent
