I ordered a Callaway 3 wood.
I then belatedly read some reviews and was horrified.
I tried to cancel but they were very obstructive.
Eventually they agreed to cancel but charged me 拢15 cancellation for the return to their supplier.
They hadnt even ordered it at that time
After long and protracted negotiation they agreed to refund minus the 拢15.
I didnt get this back to my credit card for 2 months.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!!!

bought callaway ft-iz fairway wood in June contacted company after i found out after they had taken payment through pay pal that it was in china tried to stop transaction but was told club was on its way when it arrived i contacted them to say i wanted to return club but was told that it would cost more than it was worth club face came loose at top of head when out on course with it trying to get money back avoid at all cost

Ordered a Scotty Cameron Californial Del Mar putter. They delivered a Scotty Cameron Monterey putter saying the DM was out of stock. Their website continued to say it was in stock. Tried numreous times to get money refunded or have them follow their returns policy all to no avail. Discovered the SC Monterey was a fake. Managed to obtain refund from Mastercard. Totally unreliable and under no circumstances would I advise anyone use this online retailer.

Do not buy from this Company! Ordered Mizuno irons. Got suspicious when I saw that the credit card payment was made to China. Clubs arrived and are obvious fakes. Have spent the past 2 weeks emailing the company attempting to get the return address. When I finally get the return address I'll be out the postage back to China. This is a terrible company – stay well clear!!!

FAKE!!!!!! FAKE!!!!!!!! FAKE!!!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!! Bought Taylor Made club. On arrival checked it with Taylor Made who said the code number didn't tie up with theirs. Its a cheap fake…no doubt!!! Trying to get money back through VISA who are being very unhelpful. The company themselves state that they are not fake…'just use it', keep it and we will return 拢20 to you. Please…to anyone out there, please do not encourage these fake clubs coming into the country. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Avoid this company like the plague. I ordered an Odyssey Black Series putter 3 months ago. I was sent a White Hot model totally different style to the one ordered. I asked to return it and was progressively offered more 'money' to keep it. After a stream of e-mails I told them I was returning it as unwanted, unordered goods and claiming a refund. They promised a refund within 20 days but 2 months later I am still waiting. They also refused to refund the return postage charges though their returns procedure states that they will do so if wrong goods have been supplied. I have obtained a refund through my credit card company. Be warned, steer clear!

Chinese company selling counterfeit product

i purchased a set of callaway diablo edge from this site. when i recieved them i was supsicous that they were not real so i sent them to callaway and right enough they came back as fake. i have tried to get my money back from golfsale18.com but no luck stay well clear of this scam site

just bought a ping g15 driver from golfsale 18.com,took it to my pro to check who informed me it was a fake. BEWARE
