Golfmeter

Answered directly via mail that the product was shipped from an external warehouse and asked if I would except the extra possible delay or cancel the order.
The item was delivered one day later than expected and I was kept informed of the delivery by mail.

Bought a Nikon Coolshot 20 on the website and since I'm from Denmark I had to contact Golfmeter to have them send it to Denmark. It was no problem and they answered my email on a Sunday(!) evening.

Ordered the product on Sunday and had it Wednesday. Unfortunately the Nikon didn't work when I got it, so contacted Golfmeter on Facebook and got a reply quite fast. The guy told me that he would send me a package note (don't know what it is called) on Monday 13th July. I sent the Nikon back and had a new one on Wednesday 15th July.

I have never experienced service like this. If I ever need something golfrelated I will not hesitate to use Golfmeter again.
