On boarding process was painless and let you set details about your preferences. I asked for a pair of golf shoes shoes and cooler weather items. I received a pair of shoes I would have pulled off a shelf for myself but they are super comfortable and a style I like. I also received a pull over that fit well and looks great. Very satisfied.

Signing up for Golf Locker has been great for me. I never enjoy shopping and especially for golf clothes. So I tended to have the same old tired look every year. Now I always look fresh on the course.

WARNING: Do yourself a favor before placing an order with Golf Locker and read every page of their website. Pay close attention to verbiage as it relates to returns. Should you find yourself needing to return your merchandise please know the following will take place.
A) The amount you paid for shipping will NOT be refunded to you.
B) You will have to pay out of pocket to return the merchandise to Golf Locker.
C) However, they are generous enough to provide you with a shipping label to return your merchandise BUT the amount for shipping will be deducted from your refund (in addition to the original amount you paid for shipping).
Personally, this does not work for me.
In response, the shoes that I ordered were a special release so this competitive pricing you speak of is non existent. Yes, you do offer a shipping label at a "additional" cost. The other stores that I do business with go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Your store should look up the definition of customer service.
When given an opportunity to make this situation right you chose to stand firm in your companies policy over $9.95. I would rather give these shoes to a homeless person and never do business with you again than pay you an additional $9.95.
If this is my first experience in doing business with your store, why on earth would I consider becoming a "My Golf Locker" patron???

I disagree that there's nothing to "make right".
I will take the blame for not sending the link to your return policy to my attorney for review and counsel. I was completely unaware that my paying for expedited shipping would forfeit my ability to make a return without coming out of pocket for the shipping label. While i don't expect you to refund me for priority shipping to me I definitely feel that I should not be expected to pay for the return.

Ordered shoes, gloves and a golf bag, (well over $300 order) the pockets on the bag did not work for me and my wife bought me a different bag for my birthday so I wanted to return the bag. Unlike MOST online vendors, at the minimum, they provide return shipping labels and even if they are charging you for the shipping it's at least at their "volume" discount rate. It was going to cost me over $50 to return the bag. I even called and asked about an exchange and same answer.
Not worth the risk to buy anything from them, if anything is wrong It'll cost you more to return it than any discount you may have received up front.
Terrible customer service in my opinion. Last purchase for me! (and I know your return policy is on the site, still terrible customer service in my opinion)

We are out of state "my golf locker" members and have gotten such personalized service and top notch products. So far all of our returns have been handled quickly with no return shipping. Every person that we have interacted with has ben patient and quick to help. Anyone with a competitive golfer in the family, or simply someone too busy to shop but wants the latest stuff, should consider the "my golf locker" service. They ship to you in the intervals you choose, offer an added discount by being a "member" , give free shipping both ways and choose great items for you based on your preferences. We live within 15 minutes of PGA tour and Golfsmith stores, but chose to try this because of convenience. We are very pleased after only one shipment, and can't wait for the next.

got wrong size shoe and return within couple of days. I had to pay $10 for shipping the shoe back and when I saw my refund they too out another $8.95 for the shipping to me. $18.95 just down the drain! I would never ever buy anything from this company again. I was not getting any better deal for this shoe at the first place. I should have bought this shoe from more trustworthy company like Golfsmith, Dicks sporting goods or Amazon. Major mistake on my part ?

I'll start by saying that, like many say, typically write reviews good or bad on my experiences and or purchases but this experience sure did change that – On Feb 8th i made an online purchase from Golf Locker at 9:52pm on GolfLocker.com. Purchase was item #13s77802 – Oakley Carbon Pro Golf Shoes black size 9 – IN STOCK. I made the purchase, paid via paypal and began the wait for my new shoes. Not so fast – I received an email from Golf Locker on Monday thanking me for my recent order BUT "that during the shipping process we noticed Oakley sent us size 11 shoes inside of my size 9 Oakley Carbon Pro shoe box – we are unable to fulfil your order" – REALLY!! I'm to believe that GL does not check their inventory scanning IN/OUT of all items? And that it happened to be Oakley's fault and not GOLF LOCKER. If this is true then the Golf Locker has more issues than my size 9 shoe. Quality Control?? WOW. This should be a major concern for just not GL but for all Golf Locker CUSTOMERS in the future. I'm not writing because i want something free or in addition to – i want WHAT I PURCHASED and PAID FOR – my golf shoes! I've purchased from GL before, without incident but i don't know if i would purchase again – i think you should read this post and decide if YOU should purchase from this group based upon this experience – This is a first and i'm very disappointed in GOLF LOCKER. eddie

I was refused a return because the manger disliked my attitude, even though all other parameters were met. Will be filing a better business bureau complaint. Just hope this does not happen to others. I would advise to take your business elsewhere.

Don麓t buy at this company!
I bought a couple of shoes, and the same day they asked of my photo ID and a copy of my recent credit card statement.
It麓s clearly a company who tries to get your money and not to sell you some golf items.
Sad but true ;(
