I purchased a Tan Greg Norman belt. I received it in a timely manner but it was not a Greg Norman belt but a cheap Chinese knock off. The option given to me was to return it – not worth the hassle but I would not recommend ordering anything from their site.

Terrible company to use. I never received any confirmation that the order was booked. It also took FOREVER to receive the merch, and I couldn't confirm the status of the order because I never received any communication with an order number. In order to return the merch, you have to CALL to get a RA number, which no one answered. They charge a 20% 'restocking' fee and generally, make it a hassle to return your item. In the age of Amazon, this seems so 1998. There are too many other golf retailers that do a great job, forget these guys, they suck.

IDO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered a bag which I sent back for exchange. It has been a week since they received the original bag back and I still not have received any updates on the exchange. I have called 3 times in which they have said they would call me back and never did. I then sent 2 additional emails with no response. Customer service is awful. They do not respond. Truly concerned if I will ever receive the exchange

Ordered a hat on Sunday with guaranteed arrival by Friday. I find out on Friday the hat is still 2 days away from delivery. If they can't get a hat order right I sure wouldn't trust them for clubs. Will never use them again.
