After stalling for 15 hours+, they say that the supplier is still offline. Then after you file a dispute (if you used paypal) they will contact you by email almost instantly saying "your gold is ready". I found this kind of coincidental so I continued the trade. Right as they say they're going to send you the gold they tell you to close the dispute. Luckily for me I did not but other reviews say if you close the dispute, Goldwto will flee and block your ip address so they can ignore all of your messages. If you already ordered from them using paypal, DO NOT CLOSE THE DISPUTE. It's your only chance of getting a refund.

I paid for something and they said they would deliver within 15min-24 hours but it has been 5 days and they putting me on a while goose chase. They are very frustrating and hardly any of them speak English. Of course, they are based in China so I can not sue. Complete scam.
