Visited gold reserves in Cardiff market this week. Got good price for broken gold bracelet. Alex and Zoe very helpful, even giving good advise for item we weren't selling. Would definitely return.

Today I have been served by Anna and Karina who were so helpful and knowledgeable I would not have any hesitation but to recommend anyone who wishes to buy jewellery or sell gold once again well done and keep up the great service

Their advert is false advertising, they do not pay the price per ounce as per their internet advert. I took 4 ounces expecting just under 拢4000 and they offered me 拢1200, went to another agent in Swansea and got a great deal more. Do not trust their radio ads, they are liars, didnt even have the decency to reply to my email, NOT PROFFESSIONAL AT ALL.

I have visited Gold Reserves many times and found the staff and service excellent, I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends

Took some old gold jewellery, odd earings and other bits and pieces. The staff were fabulous, really helpfull and nice. I got 拢320 for it all! I was shocked it was worth that much. paid for a new matress. Yiipee
