I originally posted a poor review of this company, like so many other reviews who had expressed disappointment and frustrations with no reply to email queries, emails bouncing back, and no telephone number or address plus not knowing if the the order would ever arrive. Well, the mats did arrive, out of the blue and with no advance notifications and they are of a superb quality and exactly as ordered.

However, I can understand all the negative reactions, if this company can get its customer service into action and respond to peoples concerns then I'm sure their ratings will improve, because as mentioned above the quality of the mats are actually very good.

Same as the other review. They took my money straight away and confirmed my order. Still not dispatched. Have emailed a few times with no response. No phone number to contact them. Buy your car mats elsewhere!!!

Very concerned that I've been a victim of online theft. Much the same as per the previous review, I ordered my mats on the 4th March, however I have not received anything nor received any correspondence. I have emailed three times and not had any response. Money taken out of my account straightaway also.
13/3/19 – DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY – I will advise and update this review if situation is resolved (either satisfactory receipt of product or receipt of full refund).
