Gorgeous quality tianna sandals and good return service for a new size. I do feel a 拢9 delivery fee is excessive but would order again due to the quality of the shoes.

Very comfortable loafers- as always from Carl Scarpa. And they wear and wear! I never have to throw them out, just have them heeled every now and then

Customer service couldn't have been better. The two girls l spoke to on ohone were so very helpful and friendly . I had to return my first pair of beautiful sandals, as they were too small. Excellent DHL service. Sadly the second pair were too big. I felt awful returning them, but the girls couldn't have been nicer, and promised me a refund. Many thanks Csrl Scarpa

One problem with return was that number given was -I was told- out of service. Being the weekend I emailed the store. I鈥檓 sure this will be rectified as all dealings with Carl Scarpa were sorted. While the service from Carl Scarpa personnel was very good I had to return the shoes as they were too small. I have bought at least 40 pairs of Carl Scarpa shoes in the past in size 41 or 42, for some strange reason the two size 42 shoes I bought were FAR too small!! So disappointed.

Arrived extremely quick even though it was during COVID-19. As usual the shoes are of the highest quality and always feel like I鈥檓 putting on a pair of slippers and I never have to break them in which is so important when they are work shoes and I鈥檓 wearing them for 14 hours a day regularly walking constantly on concrete tiles, they have been life changing as I suffer from arthritis and would be in a lot of pain by the end of the day but the support insoles have totally changed that and I can get to the end of the day being pain free. Fantastic shoes
