Never got any further than trying to get help with arranging for a replacement key fob. Once past all the dooms day scenarios of taking the car apart and having to replace 'kvm' units at a cost of more than 拢4000 all so we can add a second key fob to the one that is working just fine on an Evoque. The final cost of programming it, which they said would take just 30 seconds! After having to take the car to them was was a staggering 拢160. And we are supplying the brand new Land Rover key (which apparently they said you could not buy).
So, not saying these guys can't help with replacing and programming key fobs, but they are incredibly difficult to deal with and more than double anyone else's price for the exact same service.
Sadly would not use them or recommend them.
