Really disappointing company, used them a couple of times. First time a thoroughly professional service and they used a mechanical who wanted to produce a professional inspection report. Second time the inspector – didn't use a ramp, didn't test drive, spent about 15 minutes all in on the inspection. Despite the mechanic clearly not carrying out an inspection a refund has been refused. Complete disgrace.
