They advertise fast shipping on the website. I ordered fresh items and was charged $7.80 for shipping which took a month to arrive and it was spoiled.

We ordered 10 summer squash seeds for $2.94 and the shippiing was more than the cost of the seeds. We did receive 12 seeds. We are experienced gardeners. Only TWO of the TWELVE seeds even sprouted. There is no email or phone number on the website to contact them. We would NOT order from them again.

Like many other customers, I got scammed by this company. Paid for my seeds and shipping fee and I never received my item. I placed my order July 5th, and still got nothing. I tried several attempts in reaching out but no response on their end. STAY AWAY!

Order placing is very simple and painless. For the next 10 days absolute silence from the company. Then after repeated emails asking for the status of the order, they gave a USPS tracking number. It is almost a week since I was given the tracking number. The item was yet to be given to the USPS. Pathetic excuse of a company to exist.

I ordered 110 allium bulbs and they are all dead, not to mention teeny tiny. They should not have even shipped them to me. I tried calling twice, but nobody answers. I tried to create a ticket on their website, but it lags out and freezes. I have a couple emails in to them. At this point I am optimistic and hope they respond. I will update my review if they do – hopefully with good news. I also ordered 100 tulip bulbs and was given a note that they will ship them this fall, which is reasonable. The two seed packets I got look good. Shipping was reasonably quick.

Order was for Melon Petit Gris. The seeds are way too big to be Petit Gris. Buyer beware they are con artist's.

I order some asparagus starts the tracking was almost here and then the virus hit and it was going to be delayed but never came. Order on May 19 2020
contacted them they said it was on it way that June 6 2020 have not receive it

On April 10 I ordered Japanese Sweet Potato Slips. A month later I got an email hoping i enjoyed my order and would I like to reorder even though I hadn't received my order. I e-mailed the company 5 times asking where my order was and NEVER received a response. I started a PayPal inquiry and they contacted the company and never heard back. On June 1 I upgraded my PayPay concern. On June 13 th I heard that the order was unit's way. I wrote to cancel the order since I had already ordered elsewhere. The order arrived on June 17th even though I wanted to cancel. I'm going to see if I can still get a refund but I am not hopeful. Over 2 months to receive an order that I could never verify.

I ordered over $70 worth of seeds and bulbs in early June. (CGS9061) After repeated follow up emails on their website and phone messages, I received a USPS PreShipment tracking #. However this was misleading and there has been no status update for the past 7 days.
Looks like this is either a scam business or a very poorly managed business. Should have suspected as the website does not provide any physical address or business location. Will initiate with my CC company to get a refund.

Update: since the earlier post, have received most of my order yesterday via USPS. Looks like they took over a week after shipping label notification, to ship it out, or probably USPS delayed pickup.
Few bulbs not included have been noted as not available currently and to be shipped out by Fall 2020.
Packing and Quality of received seeds and bulbs look good. Will update after a few weeks on the success rate. The single lavender plant was packed safely and received in good condition.
Overall, satisfied with service but wish their communications would be better and accurate. Updated ratings to 4 star.

I purchased aji amarillo seed and I follow the instruction but I never get a plant. I think the seeds were old or no good at all. I call and email to be replace them but no reply. I never will buy any seed from this company.

I ordered sweet potatoes at the end of April. I got an order confirmation and I waited 3 weeks and heard nothing so I sent an email asking when it would arrive, etc. I again heard nothing and waited 3 more weeks and sent another email asking for money back…nothing. I am not convinced this is not a complete scam site at this point. Looks like based on reviews there are a few of us that had a similar experience.

I ordered 3 live Aji Amarillo pepper plants 3 weeks ago, and I never received my order. I've emailed them 4 times, and they never responded to any of my emails. They have no phone number listed on their website to call. Now I'm dying on hold with my credit card company to try and get my money back. What a crappy company!

Ordered my seeds on Apr 24 and paid 7.64 shipping. I think seeds will be shipped by priority service. Label created on May 13 .Received parcel on May 20 with First class service that cost only $3.80 . Ordered two types of vegetable seeds but received only one. Other one they said out of order and i find out today almost after month as i order . Nobody even send email before so i can order on somewhere else. Now i am too late , will never have my favorite vegetable for season. Don't waste ur money and time. Order somewhere else.

I ordered 70 fall planting bulbs and received the first week of December and as I live in Alaska will not be able to plant until late May or June. I called and called and finally talked to a man who said there is nothing he can do about it, not his problem. I asked for a refund and to send them back he said no not his problem. Poor customer service, don't order from them.

Finally, I can make a proper sofrito with peppers I'm growing from the wonderful aji dulce plants & culantro seeds I received from caribbean Gardenseed. My plants are setting fruit now & I cant wait. I highly recommend!!
