In the beginning they are super nice but when warranty comes to being needed they are ********. Tried daily to get it fixed and nothing until the tornado hit then all of a sudden its totaled when all that was bad was broken windows. Said I should be grateful that they put me in another vehicle but added my remainder balance from previous balance to new car now I'm in debt 20,000. For both cars one of which I do not have anymore because they junked it. Called customer service and got hung up many times and had associates be very rude to me. Very upset about the entire situation feel as though I cant go else where as I am slowly rebuilding my credit.

Andre has great customer service skills! He was able to get us in a vehicle we wanted and the payment was doable. My only complaint is the price of the vehicle and interest. CarHop really takes advantage of people with credit challenges.

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the experience I had at CarHop, Usually going to a dealership causes a great amount of anxiety. Trust me, I had it all night the night before I went to CarHop in Sacramento. They gave me such an unreal deal on a newer Car with payments I can actually afford. Don't even get me started with how excited I was about the $150 Down payment they were offering. Sandi and Jacob were all really nice and pleasant, their office was super busy, from people walking in to look at cars and test drive to the phones ringing, all of the staff remained professional and super apologetic for the delay. I wasn't worried about the wait but it was a nice change from the usual Car dealers that have you waiting all day and no one checks in on you. Thank you so much CarHop for helping me into my new Ride! I have been using Lyft/Uber and car Rentals basically throwing my money away & CarHop was able to put an end to that misery and get me in a newer reliable vehicle. THANK YOU!!!

It was long and horrible I was there from 10 to about 4 in the evening and you don't get one-on-one attention

I put down I could afford 200 a month yet my payment ended up 400 and the fact that I have to pay every 2 weeks when I have had already set it up to be at the beginning of the month when I had money now everything is harder to budget
