I was buying a vehicle and bought carfax with carheroes website. They were suppose to charge me 5 dollars buy they keep charging 19.90 every month! i did not authorize that, i try to cancel but they never respond! thives!

This company Car Hero鈥檚 charged my card $19.90 instead of $4.95 for a one day trial and now today they have charged my account again for $19.90 some type of way it is connected to the CarFax website.

I ordered a one time check and it charged me $19.90 I figured there was no point to argue it until it charged my account again this month. I tried to contact them multiple times being told I will get a response within 24 hours and I have received nothing and the check I purchased was garbage anyways not what I was looking for. Call your bank Car heroes is not going to comply with you.

I ordered a $4.95 report and was charged $19.90. Never got a report – no response to email messages. Phone number on charge is incomplete-no way to contact Carheros.

I ordered a bit check for $4.95 and they charged my card $19.90 you can not call them you have to email them. They will not reply to any emails I send them. I'm going to report them to the bbb, it sounds like they are scamming everyone that orders from them.

It was no use to contact them to argue with the because they responded "that when you initially purchased your vehicle history, you were given the option to take advantage of the experts program for $14.95 per month, this option came up directly after the checkout page."
This is totally untrue because there isn't any language saying that i have to pay 15 additionally for a monthly subscription.

I purchased a car history report from them which was advertised for $4.95. They proceeded to take $ 19.90 out my account.

My issue is how did I sign up for something when I already checked out. They have no intentions of resolving this matter. After this situation, I made sure to inform the bank to ensure that no other fraud will take place. Beware of this company.

Used car heroes a month ago the 4.95 cost was 19.95 if I remember correctly I have now had my account changed again for 14.95 with no authorization from me this was a one time use only!

I purchased a $4.95 Car report, but they charged me $19.90, saying that I signed up for additional services, which I absolutely did NOT! They're liars and thieves!

They advertise $19.95 for 5 Reports but charge you another $75.00 without telling you.

I was researching a car I was interested in buying. I bought a car history report for a special of $2.95. The next day I received a call from my cc company saying suspious items on my card. This company charged my card $52.90 which of cause I did not authorize, only $2.95. It is very differcult to get in contact with this company. It wasn't until I came across #reportscam that I was able to get in contact with them. When I emailed them they claimed I purchased a protestion plan for $49.95 at the same time I purchased the car history report. This of cause I never ever did. Beware of this company they are thieves and very dishonest, just look at all the complaints against them.

Was buying a used car so I went on to check the VIN number. Bought a VIN Report from Carheroes.com for $4.95. They've so far taken $55.45 out of my account! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! They don't take phone calls…they deal with you only through emails. This is a company of thieves! Please don't make the same mistake I made.

I ordered a 2.00 car report for a car I was interested in purchasing. However, once I checked the charges on my credit card it was for $55.00. I did not authorize that charge and I am very upset about it. Do not buy any products from this website. They will overcharge you and you will have no way or no one to contact.

Was only supposed to be charged 4.95 was charged 54.90 no way to contact them for a refund

I tried to look up ONE VIN number on a car. This should have cost $4.90. It looked like the charge didn't go through. But it actually did- for $54.90. I got the number from my cc company but it just has a voicemail message that says to email "[email聽protected]" I believe this is not a real company, especially after seeing others' complaints.

They overcharged my debit card with $54.90 when it supposed to be only $5.65.They don't answer email.

They charged me 80.00 and it was only supposed to be 1.00 now they won't answer emails

I order a report for $19.95 and they keep hitting my checking account for more money and items hit with fees from my bank
They won't respond to emails and won't answer phone calls.
