Charged me for one item they had not in stock without noticing me it was actually not available at the purchasing moment
Not happy with it, a couple of days later, when they sent the order, they automatically charged me again. In this case the invoice was for the amount of money of the items that were in stock (and that i had already paid)
I've been chasing them for 10 days now trying to get my money back. No answer to my thousand emails. Vague answers on the phone. And a frustrating feeling that they give a f*** about their customers and is all about the money

Awful customer service and 2 week strict return policy! Bought a $180 item from them as a Xmas gift… they refused to take it back. Also… their clothes are cool looking but way overpriced!! Sexist!! They charge sooo much less for their men鈥檚 clothing. Ripping off the women!! ?

Great product, non-existent customer service. Their online customer service has non-experienced people running it. Their policies are antiquated and their response time is pretty behind industry standards. However, their products are great and their name and street value makes them very desirable despite customer service issues.

Maybe Carhartt has a good collection and nice outfits, but don鈥檛 buy from their website.
I had a such bad experience, they have been able to ruin my Christmas and surprise for my boyfriend.
I have bought more than 400euro of cloths on the 11th of December. On the 23rd of December the delivery was not still arrived.
I have contacted the customer service more than once. They have just replied that they cannot speed the process. Take it! No even I am sorry!!
In any of the emails received it has been specified the delivery date.
They replied to my emails only once.
The result of my shopping is that my boyfriend is without his Christmas gift!

quite dodgey for such a large company. Shopped online and had to chase up my refund to get it. cool clothes though. Also, you can't get a refund if you buy in-store so keep that in mind.

Created a Trustpilot account just so I could post about this. Long story short, do not buy directly from Carhartt WIP. They have cool clothes, but possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The full story if you're interested:
– I ordered two pairs of pants and two shirts from them. They're delivered relatively quickly, everything's great so far.
– I decided to keep one shirt and return everything else – one pair of pants had a bunch of weird white stains on it, so I marked the return for that pair of pants as "Defective." The rest just didn't fit. I submitted the return request accordingly.
– The next day, they asked me to prove that the pants were defective with photos, which I did. Then I waited.
– Two days later, after I followed up with them, they said that I had waited too long to tell them about the defect (they said all defects have to be addressed within 24 hours, despite this information being nowhere on their site), and that they couldn't accept my return request.
– Despite this being absolutely ridiculous, I am now aware of how unhelpful they're going to be and how long it's going to take to resolve this problem, so I just request a normal, non-defective return authorization. I'm willing to pay $8 just to solve this problem at this point.
– Another three days pass, and finally they get back to me with a return label for the WRONG items, including the shirt that I said I wanted to keep, and NOT for the defective pants.
Eventually I just filed a dispute with my credit card company. Carhartt WIP is completely incompetent, make up their return policies on the fly, and take 2-3 business days to write a one-sentence email back to you. Again, their clothes are cool, the customer service is utter garbage. Stay far away.

While I have nothing but awesome experiences with the regular Carhartt, Carhartt WIP was incredibly rude and absolutely unwilling to help… ( initially I had ordered wrong size , my fault) but immediately emailed to explain what I had done.) All I got back from them was that I had sent too many emails about this problem and that too bad, I paid, I was stuck with it, and since I was in an other country, I couldn't return them. So , I was stuck w 400$ worth of clothes that didn't fit…. I also received a damaged item, which they offered me "up to 15$ refund if I proved I got it repaired… Insulting service….. Nice clothes ( when they fit) but the staff could use a refresher in servicing.

July 2019 and August 2019- problems with UPS and their app. First order- about 拢100 was thrown on some grass opposite my house- lucky I spied it. Second order- sent to the wrong address and no one is taking any accountability (even though I鈥檇 change my UPS settings to a pick up shop!! And asked the shop to also make sure it wasn鈥檛 coming to my home address) 拢200!!!! No one is speaking to me now so am having to go through the massive ball ache of a charge back on my credit card and give loads of evidence to my cc company. Urgh

ordered 3 great pairs of pants on sale.i have at least 10 pairs of other carhartts that i rotate
through all winter up here in VT.mostly flannel lined duck work

Ordered shirt as a Christmas gift which turned out to be the wrong size. Carhartt will not exchange the new, unworn shirt (with tags on) for the correct size (which is still available on the website) since more than 14 days had passed. Who wins with such an indifferent and unreasonable policy? Shop Carhartt at your own peril.

I ordered something at christmas 23/12 that was in stock on the site and i got informed 4 days later that was out of stock. They refund me but my money are on hold until now so i couldnt order something else with these money. The result is that now i cant have it for the purpose i wanted (gift) for today 9/1.i dont even have the money to buy something else. When i sent them email they dont even offer something to help this troubleshoot

BUYER BEWARE – DO NOT buy on line! This company has RIDICULOUSLY POOR customer service and and an even worse return policy – how can something purchased on BLACK FRIDAY not be returnable in early January, after Christmas?! No phone number available to call, email correspondence has *no name attached. I've been forced to vent my aggravation on social media – and I doubt they'll even reply. I do all my purchasing on line – this is the worst experience ever.

I've been buying clothes and accessories from Carhartt WIP for a number of years now. The quality and value for money is impossible to beat, despite me being in the UK their free delivery service usually takes just 2 days to arrive from Germany. Always worth checking for sales events, and promotions. I regularly visit their London store, and always found their staff to be helpful and informative. Good work Carhartt !
