we are glad with the ladcycle that we bought by cargo kid.. it is very useful and has good back up…you can easily travel with your family in one cozy place like a car…i highly recommend for family wanting something cheap and more efficient…

I just bought the electric Cargo bike one week ago. Both me and my kid like the rideing very much. Here are some minor things:
1. no manuals/instructions about how to use the battery/charging, and display although I figure it out later on. It would be much easy if there is any quick guides for the newbies.
2. the cushion is not attached to the seat (I presume it should be done before delivery?). I simply don't know how to install it because there is no instructions.
3.it is inconvenient that the key to the locker can't be pulled out when unlocking. I don't know if this is something the manufacturer designs on purpose, but personally I prefer pulling out the key after unlocking rather than leaving it on the locker.
4. the headlight: how can I turn it on? There is no switch or battery jar for it. I guess the headlight is just for decoration use, right?
5. the webshop says it is free of charge for delivery to my home. However I was charged 575kr.
