The only let down is the security. I find them to be very pompous. They're so unwelcoming and rude they walk around like a bunch of turds just to resolve one situation that doesn't require 4 or 5 security. Which is so unnecessary.
For example my partner was smoking a roll up and the stocky built security with the braids assumed he was smoking weed and he didnt even approach him in an appropriate way. Which could have escalated and I had to politely tell the security its NOT WEED. This guy needs to be trained again.
I will say the bar staff and ticket staff are really friendly.
1 tip – Treating the people bad that attend your club is like sh**ting on your own door step.

Last Saturday myself and group of eight friends (6 males & 2 females) traveled from west London to spend the night at Cargo-London, Shoreditch.
The queue was very small and only took us about five minuets to get to the front. Myself, one other male friend and the two female friends were aloud to enter, we each paid 拢20. My additional three male friends where refused entry! The explanation the door man gave them was that he didn't like the look of them.
Ok, so we accepted their decision to refuse our three friends and we were happy to go elsewhere.
The five of us that us that were allowed to enter were NOT given a refund! although we were in the club for less than two minutes! We asked to speak to the manager and the till staff refused. This is absolutely unacceptable, I would not recommend this club!
