Super rude staff that were very difficult to make an appointment with and then also changed multiple times (last time, cancelled 30 minutes before appointment claiming that they did not have the glass! This after having ONE MONTH to make the appointment in the first place).
I have excellent experience with Carglass DE and DK and am exceptionally disappointment with this front desk staff in Malmo. A little training in customer interaction and punctuality would go a long way in service quality improvement.
Urgent action required form Carglass management!
