we are travelling from UK, needed a new screen as it was broken. On arrival the guy looked at unrelated items and said they were all dangerously worn and needed replacing. He said my wipers were completely gone, and replaced them. Afterwards I found out from my wife they are already almost new. He lied, and also replaced my battery which I now suspect was also unnecessary

Brilliant service, excellent friendly service at carglass in Angoul锚me. I would highly recommend carglass.

I booked (via a personal visit to Car Glass, Carcassonne) for a small chip in my windscreen to be repaired. I was given a date and an approximate time for the Technician's visit. Having waited by the roadside (to aid the location of my vehicle) for over an hour, my wife phoned to enquire what time they would arrive and was told approximately 45 mins. As by this time the Techncian was well overdue, my wife tried to change the appointment to the afternoon, but was told this wasn't possible. So we asked that the original appointment be upheld and continued to wait patiently. We are still waiting! Needless to say we will never use or recommend Car Glass to anyone.

Came in with a chip the size of a pinhead and they gave me back the car with a 45 cm crack. They never mentioned it could happen. They say they鈥檙e not responsible, even though they destroyed my windshield. Been waiting for a call back from them with a solution but nothing since last week. Very bad service.
