Community Tax

We have been clients of Community Tax for a few years now. The reason we've stayed with them is because of there dedication to helping us and getting us the best option possible that fits out needs/situation. We owed over $20,000 to the IRS, and they worked hard to get us an offer and compromise approved for a very reasonable fee. Their professionalism also goes a long way with us. We appreciate their desire to help us out!

Brian, my last contact person, is great. If I left a voice mail, he returned my calls in a timely matter. He kept me up to date with my case and if he could not help, he found out the answers I needed. However, before him, I had a hard time getting anyone to answer and return my calls.

I have been working using their service for over a year now. Raul Cardiel has been very professional and helpful. He always makes sure that he keeps me updated on the status of my case.

I had nick Carrera help me and he was completely unprofessional . Big chip on his shoulder . They lure you with a lot of terminology and confuse you to there connivence also tricked me into signing docs to run credit checks (hard inquires) after making it clear I didn鈥檛 want to apply for loans . There customer service dept is also just as bad ! I wish I could give zero stars . A lot of stuff they do you can do yourself it鈥檚 better to just get a CPA to help you . The reply is a Lie and Tommy who responded to this review was just as much of a jerk . I wish you were just as cordial over the phone as you are on this reply you made

Don't waste your money. They took our payment for their services 6 months ago. Promised to work with IRS to remove fees and penalties for error in our Turbo tax 2018 filling and now we owe IRS over 10k. They did none of this, won't return calls promptly and make promises they do not keep. Now IRS is sending us threating letters. We are not happy and wish we never called Community

They send me a refund for the payment.
