Carolina Liquidator cannot be trusted. Do NOT invest with them. They may run part of their business legally, but they also conduct transactions and practices that are illegal and/or inequitable, especially when the client is not locally based.

Investing with Carolina Liquidator were nightmares. They do not return call or emails when there were problems. I have helped them thru hard time, in return they betrayed me. They did not pay property tax on 3 of my properties that the loans were on. They signed over one property with lien attached. These are horrible people to deal with.
