These guys are thieves. They took my money and never paid it to the banks, I owed. This guy Chris is an absolute cheat. This company needs to be sued. If anyone has had the same experience then contact me on 0430025253. I鈥檝e already engaged the lawyers.

How do you thank someone enough for helping you get your life back into order? Answer is, you probably cant! People may be sceptical of companies suggestions of how they can help you sort your life out. I can honestly say that with Chapter Two, this is actual fact. No matter how little or how big your financial problem is I believe they can help. They took all the stress and financial worries out of our lives the minute we decided to make the phone call. Chris and Peter from Chapter Two were able to assist us to refinance our mortgage and settle our credit card debts. The settlement of the debts has greatly helped us to regain some control over our finances and provide a solution to the crippling interest rates that credit cards charge.

Terrible customer service,
Were quick to take funds from my account. when ever i called the office and asked to speak with Chris he was never available or not in the office.
I asked for him to call me back any time. and the best response i could get was an Email sent the next day, asking what time is suitable to call. (Seriously)?????

Chris never got back to me with any progression plans or suggestions on a course of action. He advised i stop payments to my creditors as the would deal with them.

For 4 months they direct debited my account weekly.
I decided to block the direct debits, from June 3rd to Aug 10th.
I received 3 email per week regarding failed payment and stating they will try again. this Clown has done nothing but put me further into arrears.
Still…….NOT ONE PHONE CALL.
This Clown has NO IDEA.

Terrible experience with this company.
First of all the person who was dealing with our enquiry was very arrogant …would not give us any details about the finance company they wanted us to use. Made false promises about what they do with regards to remortgages for debt consolidation . Any time we sent messages with any questions about our situation he would take forever to get back in touch…and when he did get back in touch he would totally disregard any questions we had and would tell us information we had not asked…..he was very evasive. He also wanted us to sign an agreement before we had even read anything the finance company offer. When questioned about this he became quite angry in his email to us. We where very suspicious in the end didnt trust them enough to use them.

After seeking support from a range of other debt companies, ChapterTwo provided the best solution for my particular issues and kept me informed of all important movements. Would reccommend to all!
