I applied for a last minute loan for Christmas shopping which I got through a couple of days later..You do have to pay a fee for 49拢 which I think is fair enough as I tried applying for weeks at other companies and always being declined…I don鈥檛 know why people complain about the fee,they are brokers not lenders and have to make their money somehow…it鈥檚 common sense…my auntie got accepted as well as was happy with their service…people that are complaining are just annoyed they didn鈥檛 get accepted in my opinion

Average loan rates but very fast payout.

It was worth using the service for me because I had bad credit and I couldn't get a loan from my bank.

A good friend for many years had used this company previously with success. Based on her performance I gave them a go. The payout came pretty quick.

I not sure about this company as i know a few months ago the website was not charging any fees for any loans now its back to charging 拢49 admin fee is this now allowed i have been accepted for a loan with them but not took it further with the loan when i got told about the admin fee i am also awaiting a report from FCA to see if they know about it and if its right or wrong has anyone else know if they have been charged the same when taking a loan out with castle finance direct.
i have just had a report from the FCA they have informed me the company should not charge any fees or admin fees for any accepting loans please stay away from this company if this happens to you.

Scam its a scam charge you for a service they can NOT provide there is no mention of any fees until after details have been given

I accepted their T&C's knowing that they will charge 拢49 for their services but I was lead to believe that they were a lender, which they are not.

After accepting their T&C's they said I was accepted for a loan and I thought happy days but they then told me that lenders will be in contact with me to offer me loans. Absolutely a scam! Charged me 拢49 for doing what exactly?

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, YOU CAN GET FREE QUOTES FROM OTHER SITES—unless you would prefer to get scammed out of 拢49-69 then by all means this site is exactly what you're looking for!

I鈥檓 am so angry with this company! They have taken 拢49 and I didn鈥檛 even complete my application because I came here to check reviews, I鈥檝e emailed them twice over a week and no reply, tried to call them and they just say to email them?! I do not understand how they are able to get away with this! I am still currently waiting for a reply and will shortly be sending more emails!

Everyone please do not use this company they took 拢49 out of my card and my bank luckily blocked my card never ever use this page they are scums of the earth even other loan company recommended to never use it as they get complaints of the stupid company

Applied on their website and was "accepted" then they ask for my bank card details and tell me 拢49 will be taken from my card to authorise my loan. Absolutely shocking way of scamming someone.

I needed money very badly. Castle helped me get out of a tight spot by helping to arrange a 1k payout.
