On July 2019 I bought a bikini but it didn't fit and they didn't have the right size for me. So I asked for the refund. I spent 鈧?2 to send the package back (with handtag). I sent many e-Mails just to get any news about the refund but I got no answer. Last week I wrote a bad review on their "recensioni verificate"( verified reviews) and the wrote me, I have to wait 30 days in order to " discuss the Situation" and only after this period my Review will be published! In the meantime no one contacts me.
So they loose time and keep my (our) money. I'm an honest woman and I did everything in the right way. I want my money back now since I paid the bikini by Credit card concomitantly at the order, or I will notify the Company to cheat.

Beautiful bikinis but ordered wrong sizes so sent them back hoping for a quick refund.
Spent close to 拢300 and naturally expected a prompt refund as I am an honest person and paid immediately for the items when I placed the order.
It has taken over 15 plus e-mails to then get a response and now they are telling me they are NOT refunding the amount and I am being forced to loose the money or have a credit which means I am being forced to buy bikinis I no longer need as I鈥檝e been on holiday.
E-mail after e-mail have been sent and ignored until yesterday. They also say free shipping which is FALSE. I had to pay over 拢10 to return the garments.
What a shame for a company that has nice products to then let themselves down by the disgusting customer service and keeping nearly 拢300 of which I trusted they would refund like other more reputable companies do.
I have had weeks and weeks of stress which is a different matter and to have this on top is outrageous. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN.

I have sent everything back. Did not even try the bikinis. I had ordered wrong sizes. I wrote to carla-bikiniright just after I had ordered the bikini to get them stop the order, because I had missed the English sizes. They would not.
I have spent 12 euros to send the package back and now they blame me for not having sent handtag back But everything was included.
Now they will not pay me my money back for the bikini.
That way they can not treat your customers. Never I have been treated so badly.
I am an honest person.If they do not return my money as soon as possible, I will notify the company to cheat.
I am so sad and so angry ???

Lost lot of time and money (since I was calling to the Customer Care number -only 1 person, who never gave me a reply. The funniest thing was that on their tel.line message says 鈥淐ustomer call are recorded for quality purposes..鈥?I located the payment and turned to Paypal yesterday so that I can resolve the situation by sending my complaint through them. Instantly Carla Bikini replied to me that they had a problem with my payment (??)
The easiest and most unserious explanation ever! They did not even bother to make the necessary follow-up of my order after all these time and complaints.
When I forwarded them payment confirmed by Carla Bikini, Order/Invoice and tracking No provided by them, they just proposed me to send the refund..
Totally unprofessional behavior and disrespect to customers!
