first off, I was tricked into thinking that it was going to be shipped from a US supplier, then after the order was processed, I found out it was being shipped from china., I try to track the package, with the tracking #, and information isn't available. read some bad reviews about this company, wish I would have read reviews first. I hate dealing with china, but being tricked in to thinking it's a US supplier. then having to deal with the, you know what

Sent me a broken 2m2 magic tank,said they would send new part that was broken,they didn't,also this machine does not decode hu100 or hu66 keys,it is faulty,company do not care!!
In fact i actually sent an email to cancel this order right after i ordered it,they ignored this too.

Bought a key programming tool and it did not work so I sent it back at my expense. Company admitted that they received it but lied about refunding my money. Claimed that they already credited my paypal but did not ever. Paypal keeps very good records so I have no idea why they think this lie will fly. Had to file paypal dispute to get my money back and it took 7 months. Stay away from these crooks. They are giving their entire country a bad name. I will never deal directly with China again for any amount of money.

To address their response: I asked these people to give me the paypal reference number for the alleged refund they say they already gave and got no reply. All paypal transactions have a footprint and had they actually refunded the money there would be a record of it. There is none because it does not exist and they just kept my money. Instead of providing this information to me they chose to ignore it and then come on here and lie about it more. Shameful. Stay away from these people!!

We ordered a key programmer 10 days ago and the order hasn't even been processed. Meanwhile, we can't get in touch with anyone and can't drive our car!!!!

I ordered an item I only found out days later after I asked for tracking info that it was back ordered. They informed me it would ship in 2 days it's been over a week and no shipping info. I needed the product for a specific event and I ordered with ample lead time even offered to pay for expedited shipping. .. still getting the run around and still no shipping info. They are thieves nothing more I doubt they will ever ship it.
