We ordered parking with carkeeper at Hamburg Airport. Were informed that someone from the company would meet us at the departure terminal to pick up our car and got a confirmation e-mail with all the right details, but when we arrived at the airport, they weren't there. Tried calling the hotline number several times, but it was not answered. Then had to find alternative parking in a hurry, which was not easy and we came close to missing our flight.
