I ordered a dress and a top from this website and paid 拢4.50 for first class delivery and they ended up taking a month and a half to arrive. I emailed the brand multiple times but my emails were ignored. I messaged the brand on Instagram multiple times, and they only responded to around a third of my messages. They told me the top was out of stock but refused my multiple requests for a refund and refused to send out the dress until the top was restocked and they could both be sent out together to same them money on postage. When my order finally arrived the clothes looked cheap but due to the experience I'd had with customer service I didn't bother to return them as I knew it would be a fight to get my refund. I'd give no stars if I could.

Do not buy off this website !! I ordered an item and it was in stock but after a few weeks of paying for first class delivery and not hearing anything confirmation/ delivery status wise I emailed a few times and finally got told that there was a mistake and my item was not in stock but it will be the following week and I will receive my item as soon as. It has been way over a month now and they鈥檝e stopped responding to my emails and I still have no item. Absolute scam

The worst online clothes shop I have ever experienced. Order 2 items, both in stock to be told 2 weeks later, one wasnt and bad to be ordered in would arrive anyday. Place order in June, received item end of August during this whole time I had asked for a refund 8 times, embarrassing. Caris does not listen and only makes excuses (different ones). The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I totally understand suppliers does not always work to plan and life takes over, but get help in to run your business. To have no refund and sent a dress months after ordering when simply stating I didn't want it anymore is shocking. This business will get nowhere with this type of customer service. If you are in the wrong you give the customer the refund as requested. Half the time caris didn't respond to my emails. I have never written a review but feel the need to share such a negative experience. Safe to say its put me off online brands such as this.

Brought the AYLA two peice from Caris and it arrived FILTHY, literally had dirt and dust marks all over it. Caris then told me to hand wash it (what a joke!) after hand washing it th dirt sank into the fabric as it鈥檚 clearly awful quality fabric! I told Caris I was disgusted by this and she agreed for a full refund and to cover the cost of postage. When I sent the item back, Caris then refused to give me a refund and was SOO rude! This website is a SCAM, Caris is a SCAMMER. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I bought the Alyssa suit from Caris Jade Collection and when washed the colour ran. The inside of the jacket stated to machine was on 40 degrees. When contacting the company she was very rude and would not issue a refund. Do not buy from this company!!
