I bought a dress online.
White colour dress, came in about 2 weeks time, at some places was dirty and belt was missing from a dress. I did a mistake I didn't read people reviews before I ordered. Never anymore.

A company that goes to these lengths during the current climate really goes a long way. Supporting local business is so important now. Returned an item, i was refunded really fast and when I asked for help through email for a new order, the response was so helpful. Thanks guys next day delivery never disappoints 馃檪

Purchased a dress, when it came it was poor quality so sent item back, I emailed advising I believed item to be faulty and stated my reasons. I then received an email asking for photos to prove this even though I sent the item back. I was refused a refund as the dress had been discounted and then sent a voucher. Every item on the website is discounted and as I believed the item was faulty I should have been entitled to a refund. Terrible customer service and quality of items are shocking. I emailed advising I would contact trading standards and stated the consumer law, my email was ignored. Complete SCAM and I now have a voucher for a website that charges extortionate prices for extremely poor quality clothes.

Honestly I cannot say I have experienced customer service as great from a retail store.
Didn't have what I ordered, but went out of their way to get me the product I ordered in a different size as I requested.
Very happy customer, I also understand the work that goes on behind the scenes to satisfy a customer and could not recommend them enough.

Best customer service response ever! I ordered a dress for a wedding and it came within 1 day, loved the dress and the fit, only problem I made was I picked a colour very light and close to white! And as it was for a wedding I didnt want to be anywhere near the shade of white so I quickly emailed them and they told me exactly what to do and I posted back the dress and got it tracked, sent them a photo of the tracking number from the post office and they have now shipt my dress in another colour that I picked out! Customer service team are so lovely and fast replying to my emails, litrially couldn't recommend a better company to buy off of.

They illegally informed me that I was not entitled to a refund for an item i returned within less than 14 days (because I had used a discount code – there is pretty much always a discount code for their website). When I replied quoting the Consumer Rights Act they pretended they had made a mistake and said I would get my refund. Having reviewed Google Reviews and Trust Pilot it seems that they tell everyone the same thing- you cant get a refund for discount/sale items, hoping that customers are not informed of their consumer rights. I told them I was forwarding our email exchange to Trading Standards and they stopped replying to me. My refund also took ages as they told me their policy was 14 working days but their website actually says 14 days. Very unprofessional company!

Further to my previous review Cari鈥檚 closet finally gave me my refund which first off they told me I was ineligible for due to the discount code I used at check out. For those who don鈥檛 want to get scammed like I did almost! By UK consumer law you have a 14 day cooling off period, if you have sent your items back within that period and can prove it then you should be entitled to your money back. Do your research on this but Cari鈥檚 closet are breaking the law and conning people out of their hard earned money with their lies in their terms and conditions.

I sent back my 130拢 dress first class weeks ago and now just got an email saying they haven鈥檛 received my dress.
I would not order from here again as have never had this problem mailing any thing first class to other company鈥檚.

TERRIBLE WAY TO TRICK CUSTOMERS

If you use the discount code on their website…. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK if you decide to return goods.

There is NO indication within the offer on their home page to highlight this, not even an * to point you to see the T&Cs

Equally if you select a couple of different sizes to try on for fit, if you鈥檝e used their promotion code, again, THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK !!!!!

I ordered an item from the Black Friday sale and needed to exchange the size, I had to post the item to Dublin and was slightly worried they wouldn鈥檛 receive it (I never post anything!!) after emailing the Caris Closet team I had confirmation that my exchange had been processed and was being dispatched that day – literally within minutes of me emailing! Couldn鈥檛 have been more efficient and will most definitely be purchasing from the site again ??

Received gorgeous dress. For some reason delivery i chose was pick up but couldn't get to them. The lady in customer service was lovely helped me to get it in time.
Amazing service a d dress fits beautifully.

I ordered an item from Cari's Closet online not realising the Malahide store was closed. I got an email saying my item was ready for collection in D12. I emailed, explained that I thought I could collect from Malahide. Got a lovely email from them offering to post my item, no hassle, no problem. Lovely customer care

I ordered a dress last minute and selected the wrong option for delivery . Caris closet covered my mistake , and sent me the dress by express for my ball . They could not have done more for me and I would highly recommend shopping here .

I honestly can鈥檛 get over how helpful the person behind the caris closet Instagram account was , today I was let down with a dress for Saturday and I turned to caris closet in desperate need and the person couldn鈥檛 do enough for me , replied so fast done everything they could even arranged for me to collect my dress within an hour of ordering it and even down to the quality of the dress was 100% I couldn鈥檛 recommend them enough I will defiantly be a long time customer thanks again

Awful experience with this company! Would never deal with them again! Ordered four navy multi way dresses for bridesmaids at my sisters wedding and they were all different shades of navy. They looked awful when they were next to each other. Had to keep RE ORDERING until we got four of the same shades – this went on for months! They even sent us a turquoise dress at one point! Cost a fortune in the end between all the additional postage fees I had to pay! No satisfaction or help from the company whatsoever! I wouldn't have bothered only for my sister loved the dress. Absolute disgrace.
