Carilend was convenient and hassle free, was so elated when the loan was approved. Unfortunately, I did not request all that I really needed. But will surely use them agakn and recommend to others.

I think that this is a great platform for investment. The team took the time to explain the process as an investor, they meet with me and my month was distributed to borrowers in just a few days. This was a see less experience with no issues.

At present, I am able to review the performance of borrowers and even with COVID-19 all my borrowers continue to make payments. I have seen great returns monthly on the website.

The communication from Carilend is also second to none. Each month I get updates about the performance of the overall portfolio, the reserve fund and insights of potential expose with seems to be mitigated due to the company鈥檚 model.

The loans officer was effecient and accomodatiing.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Website works well. However some of the navigation and screens are not so intuitive. All in all a good company with good communications to lenders and borrowers.

The Carilend was recommended to me by a colleague. I was a bit hesitant at first but on completing the initial online application; which I found to be fairly straight forward; the follow up was timely. The approval time was surprisingly speedy and information regarding the status was sent constantly.
