CarHop

This has been a complete fiasco. My payments were not set up correctly and it messed my banking up. It is still not corrected. The car has had several issues and upon bringing it to the Mechanic, it was returned with more issues. Still back and fourth with carhop to adjust the payment schedule and the mechanic to fix the problem they caused. Very unsatisfied

I brought a car from carhop and the first day it cut off while I was driving Carhop have not fix my car yet and I just brought it from them I've make my payments, also I get sent to a car shop that carhop sent me too and they were very disrespectful and not a help at all I wouldn't want to ever buy a car for them again.

They sold me a vehicle that needs rear breaks now that I've been able to get auto checked out with a mechanic for to covid-19 I could not get check up done on a timely manner do grabbed first available appointment. It's too late to return vehicle and my sales lady complained about having to check air in tires. Two safety issues breaks and tires. I would only but from here if you absolutely need an auto. But expect them not to disclose any issues with vehicle of interest or offer to repair.

I had a great experience with carhop.This is my third car and I'm lovin it. I was in and out in less than 2 hours. Thanks carhop!

WORST USED CAR COMPANY IN CALIFORNIA!! I AM A HARD WORKING PHARMACY TECHNICIAN DURING THE PANDEMIC AND I GOT A USED CAR FROM HERE. IT DIDNT WORK AND I ALMOST DIED ON THE FREEWAY THE 1ST WEEK I DROVE IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, EACH EMPLOYEE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND PLEASE DONT SHOP HERE !

I would definitely recommend CarHop! They helped me get in a car for a low down-payment! The process is a little long but definitely worth the wait. I had struggled with getting approved especially during this time but they were able to help me and I love my new car! Thanks CarHop!

To be honest I have bad credit, really bad but mike help me to get approval and get my truck. I give 5 stars and I really recommend this place for those who are first time buying with bad credit.

The folks at CarHop know what no pressure sales means and they practice it. You will NEVER be forced or pressured to buy a vehicle. You can expect a great vehicle when you do purchase. This is the only used car place I know of, you get free with every purchase an 18 month/18,000 mile warranty

The service took forever. I waited 5 hours to get a car. Not only that the car I got is a bucket and I'm being charged 7,900. I'm highly upset that they gave me a car that shakes and not only that, when the car is in idle it shakes like it's going to shut off. Also when I'm on the freeway going 55 and slow down the car shakes harder. The car also veers to the right by it self. SMH. I have to call at 10:00 a.m. to see if I can get my refund or get a better car that's worth the price. Sadly I bought the car on Saturday and these are the serious problems with the car. The car has corrosive on the battery which is not a good sign. They gave me a car with a bad battery. WoW!!!

Long wait to have to come back the next day , but still put me in a car , the car that I was interested in got sold after being told they were going to hold it for me which made me upset and felt forced to take a different vehicle that I didn鈥檛 really want, but hey at least I鈥檓 driving I guess

They helped me find a car I could afford quickly and without to many issues. I'd give these folks a 10/10 but their aren't enough stars. Thanks again carhop.

Just quick service found a vehicle in my price range that I wanted. Jose was really attentive to my needs and what I was looking for.

Miguel was extremely helpful abd honest. Got me into a car within 1 hour and I drove home in a car after being told NO countless times.

Good! I feel carhop could still do a little more, as far as having the vehicle 鈥渃ustomer ready鈥?but still good.
