The drivers frequently ask people to come outside to pick up parcels, even heavy ones, instead of delivering it to the door as stipulated. You pay transport for door-to-door delivery but that is not what you get.

These guys have been really great, especially in this pandemic. I personally have not had any issues whatsoever. Not one delay. Also, the staff that deliver to me in Bucharest, Garoafei area, have been really polite, so a big thank you to them.

Avoid them! You cannot track your parcel unless you register with them.Time consuming website !

They should have delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday . They called on Thursday. I told the courier I wasn't home and asked him to deliver on Friday AFTER 12.00. They called on Friday at 10.30..

I choose not to order a product if they deliver.

My personal experience with Urgent Cargus has been excellent. In Sibiu they are very efficient and the communication with the courier is really good. Moreover, for the very first time I had a big issue with a package I received and they handled it with promptitude and professionalism.

Worst experience with a delivery company. I had to send two packages and when I made the order the call got interrupted, I called again, then their system was down. In the end I managed to book the order, but one package was booked to be picked up on Friday and the other one on Saturday. It's now Monday and they just called me to pick up the order. No way I will use their services ever again!

I bought a chair from Ikea and it was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday.
On monday I received an e-mail from Cargus, announcing me that the package will be delivered in the same day. I called at Cargus to announce that no one is at the address until Wednesday. The answer was that they cannot change the delivery because of company procedures… and that they will go to the address nonetheless… on Monday and Tuesday… even If I told them that no one is there…

Recently, I payed full price for a new product on a well known e-commerce Romanian site. The product was part of a larger order, total worth 1000 $. I received a second hand used product, in a brand new bag, sealed with Urgent Cargus logo.

I had 2 orders sent via Urgent Cargus and for both of them they put 3 notes saying that they attempted contacting the destinatary and failed while there was no call or SMS ever sent. The last note is 鈥淧ickup from warehouse is expected鈥?is only seen on their website provided you insert the AWB of the order. No SMS is being sent, no email to acknowledge the package is in the warehouse. Furthermore even on their site there are only 2 short numbers (e.g.021 9282) which cannot be contacted from abroad. No provincial location adresses are being listed or their phone numbers and if I were to go to the warehouse and pick up the order, where should I go?

They lost my package, very careless people. I will never use it again!

Never, EVER, use them. They are the worst company on the market providing these types of services. In all the 12 years that I have lived abroad and moved country several times, I have never had a package come to me damaged. It got here (after I had to pick it up, following them lying about trying to deliver it twice) over 1 kg lighter. I am missing at least 4 books in both French and English that these incompetent monkeys (no offence to the poor animals) are not able to read. How they are still allowed to operate even in Romania with its not so stellar corruption track record is an absolute mystery. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. And check with other companies you ship with if they have a contract with them. I had no idea DHL would contract a 3rd party company.

you are forced to go to Magurele, about 10 km outside Bucharest in order to pick up the product otherwise they threaten to send the items back… They claim they notified the customer which is not true. They don't even try to deliver as they are no notifications in the mail box.
LE: they were punished with 500 lei=100 eur by the authorities for this.
Avoid this courier company!

They were supposed to deliver me my order 6 days ago. I have received a message that they've tried to deliver my order and I could not be reached. So they will deliver the package next working days. Still not heard from them since then and the status update on the site is – wrong address. They shouldn't exist on the market. The companies that have a contract with them have no respect for their clients. The worst experience with a delivery company ever!

They said they would deliver it today and after 10 hours they mesaged me and said that i didn t respond to their phone call

They lied that they've tried to deliver the package, but nobody called me. This happend 3 times. I tryed to call them at least 5 times and nobody answered. Conlcude for yourself. I payed for sending forward and for sending back too. For me, urgent cargus stinks.

I checked the status of my delivery on 24 April using the AWB number and I could see that the pack is in Oradea and after in Bucharest. I waited for 4 days to be delivered. As I saw no movement I called for 2 days in a row and sent emails to check what is wrong, but I received no answer. I checked again on 30 April and I received email that will be done the delivery. But afterwise they wrote a comment in the delivery status: Wrong Delivery Address. I went to their office and I checked the address with their receptionist. Was correctly written. I asked to be added some point of interest around the address, maybe this time the delivery guy will not miss the place. I resend the email with the advice that I will check the package in front of the person that will deliver and I will come back with another review if anything missing.

Cargus lies and give no service. after package was 10 days in Romania i received a sms that said they tried delivery. Which was definitely wrong as we were home all day. The call back number never answered the 2 days, and sms was never responded to. On tracker with DHL they now write i refused delivery! even worse and not consistent with their own sms
Never use them

I have placed an order 10 days ago, still waiting to be delivered as the order arrived in their depo 4 days ago. I am still checking on the app to see if somehow someone will scan and deliver my products. I've tried to contact customer service, I waited for 20 minutes for someone to take my call, but they hang up on me. Do not use this company, I cannot believe they are still on the market! Worst company!!!

Worst private delivery company. Worst employees in the industry. I guess all wastes from other companies are hired by UrgentCargus. They don't deliver, they don't collect, they mark your order in the system as cancelled without contact you before or even come to your address. I wonder how they're still in business yet.

Worst company ever. They receive goods from other countries and they send back without delivering them. It is the second time when I have the same problem – my goods are not delivered, they only lie about wrong recipient address, but I didn't receive any call or message. They just want to receive money for transportation. Waste of time – if you see Urgent Cargus, better don't make an order because it will not arrive.

I don't even know where to start.. Zero stars would be too much. Wondering as to why they keep the packages in their warehouse for days?? Do they open them and replace with bad items?? They lie saying "attempted delivery".. They lie and don't do their jobs, should be fired until honest people will replace them!!

I would give them zero stars if I could! Unfortunately I received goods via Cargus many times and NEVER had a single positive experience with them. Last one: one very urgent package sent from Cluj to near Odorheiu Secuiesc took TWO WEEKS to arrive!!! Unbelievable!!! Why are they still in business????
