The site is useless. Search by make or model. Can't choose both.

Thanks to your negligence and totally disinteres i lost the car that i want the last 2 month.

I am very disappointed with you unprofessional people.

Site is pretty useless, filtering by make and model brings up all makes and models so even basic filtering doesn't work. Tried for 20 minutes to get results I wanted but gave up.

Tryed for over an hour to find a car on this site absolutely useless dont show you what you ask for keeps going back to start this site needs urgent attention

SCAMMERS: be warned this company is a scam.
They talked me into a 'free trial' which I never got a log in for.
CarGurus sent me a letter, 'how to be succeed with CarGurus. Step 1) Log into dealer hub.'
After requesting for a log in to dealer hub over and over again I was forced to cancel the service. At this stage it came to my attention that CarGurus is a scam.
CarGurus management agreed they never gave me a log in to their hub.
They then said I have to pay for the service regardless of log in details (the log in details are what you pay for?!?!?!?!?!)
They were well aware that I had not recieved my log in details, I sent them emails, letters and spoke to them on the phone.
As I did not recieve the log in details and had to beg for them to give me them. I was left with no option but to cancel as CarGurus were unable to provide the service.
They then created a bill for the service I did not recieve and pleaded for the log in details to.
They then escalated the bill for the service I DID NOT RECIEVE to just under 拢4,000 to an AMERICAN debt collecting agency who are now threaterning to take me to court.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE SCAMMERS, NOT BASED IN ENGLAND. VERY VERY DODGY, YOU WILL REGRET GETTING INVOLVED WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

They suspended the free listings for car dealers due to covid 19.So they are making it so hard for small car dealers to stay in business in this survival time .What a shameful and unpatriotic thing to do in these tough times .The bottom line for them is money .

TOTTALY DISHONEST COMPANY THEY KEPT CALLING ME TO SIGN UP TO THEIR PACKAGE AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS ONLY 拢150 for a 12 month contract after signing up I found out it was 拢150 per month.I called them after 3 days to cancel the contract and was threatened with bayliffs and court proceedings.I asked them to send me recordings of my telephone conversation to prove I was tricked and guess what,they don鈥檛 record their phone calls.
Now I鈥檝e been screwed with a 12 month contract which is going to cost me 拢1800 just to have my phone number in my ads

We recently bought a car from this website, and its so easy to use. We compared cars at the same price to the one we were interested in. They were doubled the mileage. We found a gem on this website. We would recommend anyone too use this site.

Absolutely disgusting dealer bias. I wrote a truthful non inflammatory truthful review about having to take a dealer to court for a refund and they allowed the dealer who are Drews Motor Company Limited based in Wokingham to respond. The dealer published my name, address, Contact details and insulted my mental capacity which is a massive GDPR breach. No standards or customer protection.

Don't allow truthful negative reviews so reviews don't reflect the true score

Just another middleman outfit, waste of time… These sharks are paid by dealers to give excellent reviews and claims of good value on the cars on their site which is misleading and very biased in the favour of the dealers to say the least!

My experience trying to sell my used Jaguar: Many, many emails from different people who are "interested." Then without ever showing the car, after about two weeks, I start getting offers! Why would someone offer money when they haven't seen the car? The offers began climbing, and soon an offer came within $100 of my sales price. Cargurus sent a question: Do you accept this offer? And then they claim they will handle escrow and only charge me $99 once I get all the money through escrow.
Something weird is going on. Why would people offer my exact price (or close to it) and never see the car? I am trying to figure out this whole scheme. Cargurus does not give me the buyer's telephone number, which makes me think all these offers are fake. Of course, from Cargurus position, they don't want to lose out on their $99 so they want me to sell it through their escrow and that is why they won't give me the telephone number of the buyer.
So I sent these "buyers" an address to meet me to drive the car. Now I am waiting to see what they do next.

Work along with the dealers so if you put a bad review of a dealer on there site or a dealers rating is low. amazingly the bad review disappears and there high scores return. Personly wouldnt purchase through these people again trust as gone

Think auto trader own and set up this company to give themselves fake competition and make more money from dealers , a bit like Pepsi and coke

This is my experience as a specialist dealer in a particular type of vehicle public take note,car gurus hijak our website,automatically list our cars on there platform,have the ordacity to tell the buyer that some of our cars are over market value.we sell a product where each car is sold from new with various costly extras,thus making each car carry a specific value depending on extras.But the most dishonest thing they do is encourage people to enquire on there platform about vehicles,and although we respond the customer never receives our reply unless we upgrade to there paid package.Terrible company.

Wouldn鈥檛 buy through these people again I bought a car at Arnold Clark Wigan on a car on this site had nothing but trouble lost loads of business because I was frequently 鈥榦ff road鈥?had poor responses from Clark鈥檚 and had to travel by train on leaving the car in Wigan

Found a great car at Royale car sales Wolverhampton. Love it

We bought our car from Century Cars in Turners Hill Road, West Sussex. It is one of the best car dealerships we came across and Simon and Kris were so helpful in every aspect of car buying. We would certainly recommend Century Cars and use them again.
