but if you send more cargo together to different destinations, they will mix pallets and will deliver to the wrong destinations! we tried two times and there was a problem both times!
-Another problem we notice that when you arrange something with a person from customer care, seems its not going to be recorded in a system and other workers will not aware of that…

The goods always arrive safely. That鈥檚 a plus.

But don鈥榯 bother with the timed pickups. The drivers will just turn up whenever. Or call to complain that the pickup window is inconvenient for them. But then tell you they鈥檙e coming anyway. Then not come. And so on…

Two consignments lately. Neither worked as planned or paid for.

A bit of nonsense in the Customer Service, they blocked my live-chat for nothing after providing nonsense explanations for a delay during the pickup. But the front-end the best I saw and no mess. Really good visibility.
