Same. Do a demo. Cancel because it doesn鈥檛 work and then they will charge you forever. I cansled same day and have been charged for months. Each month I have to go back to them. I recommend reaching out to their merchant and saying they are fraudulently charging you. Eventually they will lose their merchant.

Absolutely unprofessional website.
I the first day of tryial perid I wanted to cancel the subscription. I tried to connect to customer support about 5 hours. After that they said that the subscription is cancelled. It was at Jan 21st.
Attention! You can't remove your card details.
Today, on March 9, I received a message that they have charged 39$ from my card. But, remember that I cancelled the subscription on Jan 21st! I tried to solve this problem, but the website is down. Absolutely a scam… Don't even try

Definitely a scam. The software doesn't work, never did, I canceled my account before I was to be "charged" and I've not stopped getting charged since. Not only that, I reported it, got refunded for 1 charge, but then the charges have secretly still continued they just changed the NAME. Wow, I've truly never seen anything like this.
I also wrote to request all my refunds before I report to the credit card company and wherever else on the internet I can, and you know what they did? Oh, just tack on another charge, so I now have 2 charges for February for a service I'm not signed up for and doesn't even work. I am disgusted.

It鈥檚 a scam definitely! I cannot use the Auto-follow/unfollow option and their customer care is very bad. In the meanwhile of course they took my money and I don鈥檛 know if they鈥檒l refund me.

Looks like a scam. I started the free trail, then it asked for a proxy to connect your instagram. I got a weird feeling then. Looked them up on google for a review and saw all these messages.
I immediately canceled my subscribtion trough their bot since there are 0 other ways to contact them. It takes you to their weird subpage graminator.co/ subscription/cancel which does not looks like it does anything to your account.
I have 0 confirmation emails about making or cancelling the subscription. In the account page, I don't see "canceled subscription". I've seen 3 deductions of $1,50 amounts on my credit card which have also been put back. I do not know if they will charge me in 3 days, as of now it looks like they restored the 3 deductions. I'll wait and see in 3 days but everything looks scammy as hell. Will never blindly go for a free trial anymore…

what a SCAM! The same thing happened to me as to everyone else. I am reporting these guys and I blocked my credit card right away! Stupid of me to just fall for this crap without even checking the reviews beforehand! ugh! I hope they rot in hell for doing this to people!
I suggest you report it to this email address:
domainabuse @ tucows. com
or this phone number:

And file a complaint here:

Also got scammed by these guys.
Someone below said to enter the following URL to unsubscribe. I tried it and it said "subscription cancelled", but it looked dodgy so I'm still skeptical.
graminator .co/subscription/cancel
Edit: I've traced their domain name back to a company called Tucows. The domain registration is traced back to Toronto, Canada, so I'm not sure if that is referring to Tucows or Graminator.
I messaged Graminator and told them I've reported them to Tucows as well as the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, and they are saying that they will give me a full refund, although I am still skeptical of this too.

Its a scam, they also are organic-social.com and graminator.co
I didn't receive any confirmation emails, no link to logon, in fact once I paid there was NOTHING from them!! I cannot even logon to my account with them. Insta immediately sent me an email that someone logged into my insta account from a mobile in Sweden (I live in London) so i had to change all of my pw's.
I went into my web history and that was how i knew who they were.. On closer inspection of their site, there are no company details, email, telephone number, about us etc etc NOTHING
My bank are now going to get my money back…..STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Graminator is a strong automation tool that can be used if you are smart enough. I agree that their customer service takes a while to respond, but people here are just complaining because they are too stupid to use the platform and expecting growth without posting relevant contents. Of course, who would want to follow a non-sense account, right? Most people just want to grow their followers without doing nothing. If you want that then Graminator is not for you. Go buy yourself stupid fake-a** followers and let's see if that will make you money.

Scammers. I subscribed for a trial where you pay a month. Don鈥檛 do that. Nothing happens. No confirmation email, nothing. They just have a chat (run by robot) telling you they will email you because all their customer managers are busy or off from work ( I鈥檓 in CET time so could be true). However, no Email came.
Nothing in the website adds up. I accept it, got scammed, asked my bank for a new credit card and keep moving

First, the say it is a free trial but they charge you anyway. I got sent a link to cancel after 3 days, after the period of free trial. Merry had literally to call the bank to cancel my card. Even tough I cancelled the subscription, they keep trying to charge me. This needs to be reported.

I was naive in thinking that this company was legitimate. For months I have been looking for a growth company for my business page, so I can focus on content. However I was shocked to discover during the 3 free trial, small amounts of money was being taken from my account, 75p charges and multiple 拢1.50 charges. On the 2nd day of having this trial, the maximum package price was also deducted from my bank account. I contacted there support team and received multiple bot-like replies, deny that they had taken any money. I did not authorise any of these payments, nor was I informed of any of the charges. I asked on multiple occasions for them to cancel my account and remove my card details – I still have not received a reply until this day, and it's also import to note I did not notice growth. My account was blocked for a day by Instagram, as they had liked too many photos – which were not in my target audience.
I was advise you do not use this company, even if it is to test out their free trial. It is not worth the stress, frustration or disappointment.

This website is a scam. Tried the free trial and was charged 拢30/$39 to my card. Customer service is non-existent, there are no contact details on the website other than the online chat (which no one ever replies to). The links on the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service go nowhere too. Definite scam. Stay away.

These guys are scammers. I fell for the $99 lifetime deal and quickly realized their service didn't work. They claimed they would refund me and never did. Shortly thereafter, they became non-responsive. Last night, they charged my credit card for $99 AGAIN! This time I called my card company and reported both charges as fraud. They need to be taken down.

I feel very stupid as I have signed up to this without checking reviews. Has anyone managed to cancel this?
How do I do this?
Clearly a scam.
Worried now
