in china dropped in and out all the time

GoTrusted team was always helpful and supportive when facing difficulties.
We have retired and are back in our home country and do not need VPN anymore.

Last three months was not working well.

I was generally satisfied with performance of the product. As for customer support, it was very poor, occasionally none existent.

bad connection, poor service, never worked!

Go Trusted was a valuable tool I carried around the world when working. It enabled me to securely access my web-based services without fear of hacking or identity theft.

overall good service. Speed is slowed down considerably once I use it. Also conflicts with my antivirus.

While in the Middle East, this is the Very Best system to use. And when the UAE tried to block it, I e-mailed GoTrusted and with in minutes is was taken care of and I've never had anymore problems. This is the second time I subscribed to GoTrusted and has worked 100% while in the Middle East.

Easy to use and always responded promptly to any questions I had.

Overall I was very happy with the VPN service, however, it would never allow me to stream USA Netflix. As a general VPN service for browsing the internet, it was 100% efficient.

GoTrusted was an excellent choice during my time in China to get access to the internet behind the Chinese firewall.
The support was every time very fast, helpfull and competent.

I like use VPN for my I phone to use Google map and translations in China.
So I got on line go trust VPN software.
They time I use my credit card got blocked by Citibank due to gate way not reliable.
In addition I try all the way to use it!! Not a single min I am able to activate VPN. In my I pad working which I bought three years before. But this time not able make it working.

Very frequently travelling to China!

I live in China and the VPN was constantly down. I assume it works great in other regions.

Easy to set up and works almost every time when I want to connect. Would have been 5 stars if it had.

Begining was good, but last few months has become very unstable, and sometimes frustrating to use!

I'm using GoTrusted VPN mainly in China in order to get access to blocked facebook / google services. The connections overall were good but very often it dropped me out. I know it's unfair to blame all this on GoTrusted – it might be caused by my ISP etc.
Another frustrating issue is with the cancellation process – submit the request via your web pages is unreliable at all – due to the unstable VPN connectivity stated above. I finally made the requestt through when I travelled to another country (i.e., not using your VPN), but it's been 6 months already since I initiated my cancellation in Augest.

That is why I gave a 3 stars rating.

Very happy I paid for and used Go Trusted while in China for 2 months. Easy to use product that worked as long as I had a decently strong wifi connection. Price was very reasonable for access on two devices and set-up was smooth.

…which was working in 97% of the places I went. Would recommend GoTrusted at any time. Ideal for frequent travellers who want to keep safe in public networks or go around restrictions in countries that censor.
