Great amazing good fantasitc

I decided to try goodfair after my daughter had ordered and loved it! I must say I was not disappointed at all. Everything from purchasing to delivery and customer service was spot on amazing! I would highly recommend ordering and if you are picky be as specific as possible so they can customize your order. I will be ordering more next season 馃槉

They are slow to ship.

There customer service was extremely helpful when one of my products didn't come in the correct size, and the products were very nice

They just sent me a bunch of crap that people didn鈥檛 want, It鈥檚 not at all like how it鈥檚 advertised. I even got a sweatshirt with a stain on it. Plus, they sent me sweatshirts that were way too small of a size, so they cut the tag off to avoid it.

I got a replacement package and was more than I could ever ask for really met my expectations

I ordered a over priced sweatshirt Package and got the complete wrong order. What came in the mail was 6 the tie tee shirts that I not at all wanted. I emailed about 4 times and contacted them on the website and it's been about two months with no response. I didn't get any of my money back or even a new order. And no I don't want to pay 4 extra dollars just to probably get the wrong order again. NEVER ORDER FROM GOOD FAIR it's a waste of money.

Ugly and uncomfortable clothes

What else could I rate it?
I bought a bundle of random thrift clothing and they sent me a bundle of random thrift clothing! I did get some shorts with a disturbing butt stain, and a windbreaker that made me look extra chonky – but Goodfair exchange process was quick and easy. I've read a lot of bad reviews, but I had none of those experiences. I think my expectation was – random used clothing. And that's what I got! Expectation met. I'll be purchasing again soon. 5 stars!

Everything was great! And it came quick!

Really terrible experience! I ordered two packs of 5 shirts. I would say 3 are wearble. The shirts were so badly wrinkled, washing did not remove the creases. One shirt was a MEMORIAL to a dead person! Literally, a home printed shirt for someone's dead child!
Also received a hospital tee shirt for a rehabilitation center. I mean honestly, who would wear that?
I didn't expect to receive freebie shirts, I was so disappointed. When I emailed the company, I received a snippy email back that did not address my concerns at all. I would NEVER buy from them again.

i am giving it 4 stars because of its amazing customer service. the workers are so nice and helpful. i would give it 5 stars but the first order i got was a bit underwhelming but they were kind enough to give me an exchange order. in my opinion goodfair is really good.

I bought two surprise sets and i鈥檓 super excited to get them! I had a problem with one of the sizes, and goodfair was very nice about anf fixed the order for me!

It was really good!! I got a pretty big bundle and only received two items I didn't like. (I'm tall and one pair of sweatpants was too short and one of the jackets just wasn't me)

so I didn鈥檛 like any of my items. then i got a replacement and they never shipped it. the clothes smelled odd. would not recommend this.

The flannels were perfect. Half of the tees I received were weirdly itchy but they're getting replaced so no big deal! I'm in love with one of the shirts, it's a faded black Battle of the Bands shirt. Kind of ugly but the fabric is crazy beaten and soft so it's become my favorite to wear. Best thrifting experience I've had!

The shirts I got were quality fabric that will last me more than a year, and the designs/colors are incredibly to my liking. The only reason there are 4 instead of 5 stars is because there's always the "hit or miss" factor that comes with ordering these.

Goodfair is an excellent title for the organization as they are doing good and are fair with pricing and taking care of customers. I鈥檝e ordered several times and been very satisfied. Recently I placed and order and the size I received was incorrect. I contacted them and they immediately sent out new product! Thanks again!

I have order three bundles off of Goodfair and have met my expectations of online thrifting. I live for the mystery aspect of ordering clothes and absolutely loved the outcomes. I would definitely recommend ordering EVERYTHING off of here because they don鈥檛 let you down and you saving the earth.

Terrible product. Placed an order for their "Mother Earth Bundle" Ordered all XL. Received a variety of sizes and some were kids large. I would never order from this company again.

Too many polos & button ups. Would much prefer t-shirts. The hat was a nice addition tho.

ordered 4 different bundles (boys of the summer, 3 sweats, 5 t-shirts, & 4 sweatshirts) came in quite fast (within 5 days) but when i got my order it wasn鈥檛 necessarily what i had in mind. i got bright colors and it was very out of the box (neons). i did a replacement order and it鈥檚 been a months since. thought it would come in faster. i guess not.

It has been 12 days since I ordered and they still haven't shipped it. This order was to make up for the failure of them to ship the contents of the order placed before this. Slow company

Good price but a lot of the stuff was kinda mediocre. They sent me a replacement order that hasn鈥檛 come yet so I hope that stuff works out. This is a super fun business and I like shopping sustainably so I would recommend.
