I just received my "Taylormade Superfast 2.0" driver from Golfwholesaleseller.com and i was assured by them that they were genuine but it is a total FAKE and a complete waste of money. I wish i had checked them out first!

On 8 July 2010, I wrote to Callaway Golf, asking about GolfWholeSaleSelller.com. Here was Callaway's reply:

"Dear Mr. Murphy,

I would like to thank you for your interest in Callaway Golf products and for taking the time to write to us regarding www.golfwholesaleseller.com . I can confirm that we are aware of this site and that the clubs they distribute are counterfeit. Unfortunately because they are based in China it's a little more difficult to go after them. However, we do work with the Chinese government on a regular basis to pursue the people involved in this activity. Although this is a slow process and the penalties generally don't fit the crime we will continue to do what we can.

Total fraud, the clubs will be fake or counterfeit from China. From their own customer service rep "They will be high quality clubs from Asia". Luckily I read the above review right after I made an order, and was able get my order canceled before and real damage was done. Also as soon as they ran my card they called me a fraud alert. Nowhere on the web site does it say you getting OEM stuff. If it is too good to be true than it is.

The set of golf irons I bought were conterfeit. After one use the clubs that played really bad and the outer coating on the head started to peel off. I should it to two golf shops and both said they were not even clones they were conterfeit. The weights were wrong and the material was not right. I have contacted them regarding their discrepancy and am awaiting a reply. I might change my opinion depending upon their actions to resolve the situation. Stay Tuned.
